I love coming to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. The staff is almost always pleasant and nice. The staff does greet you, but just in case they are busy assisting others they do have one Kiosk available here.
I can’t speak on all the food since I don’t eat everything but I love the hash browns. The donuts are always fresh, nice and soft, and the staff always make my drink(s) just the way I like. Their ice creams and milkshakes are so delicious and definitely worth it on a very hot, scorching day.
This location is usually clean so that’s a plus, and I 100% love the location. It’s very convenient and one thing is its close to Andrew’s air force base the beltway and other shops nearby, so you can never go wrong there. Also, if you need a moment to just decompress, you can never go wrong sitting in the seat enjoying the cars going by.

Today I took my daughters to eat ice cream, and as I was ordering I told my daughter to sit down. when the lady cleaning the floor practically took the chair out of my daughter’s hands, The worker told a 6 year old girl that she couldn’t sit because they closed at 8 pm. There was no sign anywhere in the place saying that the dine-in was closed at 7:30 pm. As a mother, I felt upset because all I was looking for was to take my daughters and eat ice cream quietly with them. I didn’t want an experience like that. First of all, it’s okay if they have their rules, but they don’t have to speak to someone like that and take a chair away from a minor in a food establishment My daughters practically had to sit on the sidewalk of the establishment because they wouldn’t let us eat inside.

I don’t expect much from a Dunkin’, but I at least expect to receive what I paid for! Placed an order through Uber Eats and they got just about every donut wrong. The driver even caught it, but they told her to deliver it anyway and have me file a complaint through the app instead of just fixing it right there. I have no idea how this could even happen other than from pure laziness. I’d give zero stars if possible.

Slow when even though I used the kiosk fruit flies were in the doughnut case I was in a rush so I didn’t want to get into it with the dude who had an attitude. Service was terrible the young lady serving the coffee was the only pleasant person in the building.

I loved the the iced Chai it’s my new favorite drink. The employees were very nice and understanding to complicated orders the donuts were OK they did not taste like they were just made and I went just after opening, here’s a warning that new chorizo thing was horrible its NOT the employees fault just a bad item

My experience this morning was horrible. The lady running the register was nasty and showed no customer service. I called my order in prior to arrival and still had to order when I got there. The guy making the sandwiches burnt my crescent, and added way too much bacon. I order every morning and the other young lady (Spanish) is always friendly and have my order ready and right when I arrive. The manager or owners need to provide more customer service training to their employees. I paid way to much money for a sandwich and juice to be disappointed. “Ridiculous “! Go at your own risk ⚠️ I will only go on the days the other young lady is there. I will get names if there’s a next time.

Well, I ordered 2 lattes …1 hour 20 mins before closing. Staff complained to me b/c they cleaned the espresso machine and asked me to just get drip instead. I ask for a refund they denied it, b/c they need a manager and none were available. They asked again staring me down to just get drip (which I paid more for a latte). 20 mins later got the drinks I ordered in the wrong size (smaller) and without a straw. Yeah your Dunkin is a NO for me forever.
