Ok hear me out. I know fives and fours are really high for little Caesars pizza and it’s not because my taste buds are dead and I’m like really into Roman mythology or linguistics or anything like that. I wouldn’t compare a visit to Six Flags as a 5 and a day at McWane as a 2. – COMPARATIVELY – (no, wait, Mickey!’ please do not be feelin’ any type of way, I love you and all you do and.. Excuse me. I need to take a n*sync break.) Anyhow, you see where I’m going with this. The staff are usually extremely sweet and if not that then at the very least pleasant. They work with urgency. And THAT by itself is rare and I get it, but I’ve worked jobs that don’t pay what I feel is fair (I’ve woekwd at Lil’ C’s 20 years ago) but i still came at it like a boss bc I do not understand people when you wlk in will look you dead in the eyeball, then roll said eyeball and proceed to ignore you until you start thinking about whether you’re in the mood to scrap or not) that when a client, customer, guests, etc..whatever your company paid 100k to a social scientist/ad agency to tell them what those “fill in the blanks” would be welcoming when in reality the only people that use those terms are the employees! And I get that,too. If you name them as guests that will cause a slight adjustment to how staff think of and thus act towards them. Anyways whoa that’s was a tangent from a tangent from another tangent! Also,the pizza for the price is good.

They deserve 0 stars but 1 is the lowest can give them. We were waiting for over an hour IN the lobby. The service was horrible. Wen we finally got our pizza they said it had been done they jut didn’t see us when we were literally standing right in frnt of ourselves. Not to mention while we were waiting we could hear the manager fussing and being ugly to someone over the phone.

The wait was about a 1 hour wait the lady before me waited 2 basically 3 hours and the next lady also waited about an hour then when I got my pizzas they were not the right thing but I didn’t notice until I got home and the lobby was full they also waited until after people ordered to even tell customers that they didn’t know how long it could take and that they could not do refunds every time I visit there is excuses and I always order online yet always have to wait even longer and both ladies waiting 1 hour and almost 3 hours also had online orders

The truth is, those people there don’t serve you. I had a bad experience today. I paid for a pizza. They made me wait more than 25 minutes. When I went to claim my pizza and showed them the receipt, they didn’t give it to me. They said there was no pizza, and I showed them the receipt that I had paid for with my card. They are incompetent.

I ordered a Hot’n Ready Stuffed Crust Pepperoni this evening… but it took not the 5-7 minutes I was told but a whole 18 minutes to cook. So when I got it in the vehicle… I picked up a slice. I could roll it up. I think either their oven is broken or the employees brains. Take a look at the pictures.

Extremely rude manager! She had a nasty attitude when we came in at 9:30 for just 1 pizza and breadsticks. She said that they close at 9:45 and acted like we were inconveniencing them, even though online it says 10 o clock. She informed us that they only deliver after 9:45, but the teens that came in at 9:40ish she said that they were just closed and had broken everything down already, so either she lied to them or us. The worker was nice but the manager was very difficult and not good. We even apologized stating that we didn’t know that they closed that early since we haven’t been in a while and she was still rude. I would understand if we came in 2 minutes before closing but not 30.

Every time I order from this little Caesars, there is a problem. Today I placed my order and showed up to pick up after 30 minutes, and the store had never received my order through the app. They refunded my money, but they wasted my time. This happens almost every time I order at this little Caesars. If I do get food, the quality is subpar, or the pizza is cut up in some sort of maniacal way. The photo in this review is a picture of an actual pizza I received from this location on a different order.

Just picked up my order, the young woman working the front was really sweet! Instantly greeted me with a smile and was asking if I needed anything. My order was ready fast as well! Great staff and good food:)
