Just amazing chaat. Brings memories from back home street food. Yum Paani and Dahi Puri. Dabeli is my absolute favorite. Vada pav too. Pav bhaji and Vada pav are medium spicy so if you can’t handle spice, pass.

I recently visited this spot for a evening snack. We tried papdi chaat, dahi puri and vada pav. All of them tasted so good. The papdi in the chaat was crunchy and fresh. I would recommend this spot for chaat lovers.

Khasta kachori – all their chat items are good, including this kachori. Must try if you are there, it was in their specials so not sure if you will get it every time.
Other chat items- dahi vada, ragda patties
Shrikhand- their Shrikhand is homemade so wanted to give it a try. I must say I was impressed! It was very delicious. It was not as thick as the one we get in Mumbai and Gujarat but it tasted amazing!!!
Pav bhaji – pav bhaji is also very delicious, I would just expect a bit more quantity of the bhaji and for it to be a little more on the spicy side.

Great food and friendly staff. Food tasted authentic. Loved the Chatpatti Special Chaat, tasted really good!
The quantity of food was fine and the packaging was really good.
Eating right there at the food truck would give a better experience because the food would be really fresh because if you take it to-go, high chances that the food can become a little soggy due to the packaging and since the food is all fast food, it’s good to eat it hot and right away. It was nice to see the dahi puri packaged such that the puri did not get wet.
Had a bit of a wait time (longer than the ETA) for the takeout order.

We enjoyed all the items we ordered here. The weather was great with some nice 90s hindi classic songs from the food truck.
We got samosa chaat, dahi puri, pav bhaaji and thandai to drink. There was a crowd, so food took some time to come. The samosa chaat was good while the dahi puri tasted great it was soggy. The pav bhaaji tasted nice and the drink was cool and refreshing with a lot of almonds. Overall everything was delicious but I do think the items are pricier here compared to other chaat food trucks

It’s best Chat place in Austin hands down, if you are craving chat, there is nothing better than this. We had party and they provided catering order which made hosting party so easy, everyone had what they liked and not hassle of preparing or cooking.

Absolutely loved my experience at Chatpati Chat! Their chaat was nothing short of amazing every bite was bursting with authentic flavors and perfect balance. The Raj Kachori was a total showstopper crispy, tangy, and filled with all the right ingredients that melted together beautifully. The Dahi Puri was another highlight so refreshing, creamy, and perfectly spiced.
