Wanted to try a different place when passing through Ridgecrest and glad we did. The oasis truly is an oasis with great Mexican food. We’re from San Diego so we’re pretty tough on our tacos, but these were fantastic. More importantly we got them on special and we’re pretty excited about that. Check the pictures for all of the goodschips and salsa were spot on.
The service was fantastic and we were met with a smile really like this place and will definitely be coming back when we pass through Ridgecrest.
I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re looking for some authentic Mexican food.

Food and service here is amazing. Try the green sauce on all the things. We got quesadillas, perfection! Thank you from New Zealand.

Stopped here on the way to Death Valley and it was one of those gems you accidentally find. Amazing food, but the best part was the green and red salsa.

This Mexican spot has some of the most informative, kindest, and humble people here in Ridgecrest. I am a big fan of chillaquilles and they were so on point with their quesito and crema on them. I have to try their red sauce ones next time. I saw someone having a soup there that looked amazing. So many options on the menu too. If you ever visit say hello to the cashier Camilla, she has a great personality and is very helpful.
Gracias Camilla, que Diosito bendiga a ti y a tu familia! ❤️

Oasis Restaurant is a solid choice in Ridgecrest if you’re looking for a relaxed spot with good food and friendly service. The menu has a nice variety—everything from breakfast staples to burgers and sandwiches—and most dishes are well-prepared and satisfying. The portions are generous, and the prices are fair for what you get.
The atmosphere is low-key and comfortable, with a classic diner feel. It’s the kind of place where you can sit and enjoy a quiet meal without feeling rushed. The staff is usually attentive and kind, which adds to the overall good experience.
It’s not the fanciest place in town, but it’s dependable, local, and a nice place to grab a bite. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Don’t be fooled by it’s outside looks. This hidden gem in Ridgrecrest will be one of the closest to authentic Mexican food you can get. If you dine in, the home made salsa and chips are excellent. Their Mexican burrito has such a good flavor, no matter what meat you choose. Their green guacamole salsa is out of this world. I can out it on any good and it just elevates the taste. They’ve updated the interior to make it look neater. You won’t be disappointed

We stopped here after dark on a chilly night. We were served homemade chips and chunky homemade salsa. . The food was very good. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and I could tell right away that this was homemade sauce and homemade tortillas! Very good and served up piping hot! Our young waitress was handling everything on her own tonight and did it very well. The only reason I gave them the 4 stars instead of 5 was I was really cold the whole time! It would have been fabulous if I could have walked in out of that chilly night and been toasty warm with a cold beer.
This restaurant isn’t much to look at, but the food is authentic and excellent!

Just had what was possibly the worst burrito I’ve had in years. I got the oasis hot and it was beyond soggy, with some sort of nasty taste to it. I’m glad I got a bottle of coke to wash it down, but charging $4.99 for a mexican coke is criminal. Worst mexican restraunt in town, with even worse value.
