I visited this location after spending a hour or so in the grocery store (Giants). I walked in and this Starbucks had a nice atmosphere. But after paying for my drink I attempted to use the bathroom. The lady had mopped bathroom one and was in the process of mopping bathroom two. The lady asked me to wait a couple of minutes for the floor to dry; well it doesn’t take 2 min for floors to dry. It’s closer to 20 min is what I proceeded to tell her. She said for the safety of customers they aren’t allowed to use the bathroom when the floor is wet therefore she told me to walk two doors down to Jollibees and of course I get there and there’s a line and the bathroom wasn’t clean. IF STARBUCKS HAS TWO RESTROOMS WHY WOULDNT THE EMPLOYEE MOP ONE BATHROOM AND ONCE THE FLOOR IS DRY, MOP THE SECOND RESTROOM. This way employees won’t have to chase away patrons and they can avoid having to read reviews like this one. This would be a great example of common sense and good customer service.

Please don’t do that to your customer. I ordered venti hot americano and they give this small cup and put on the venti cups whicks makes double cups on a venti size.

Hi, I visited the Starbucks in Wheaton today and asked for a cup of ice water. I waited around 20 minutes, but no one ever brought it to me, even after I reminded the staff.
I understand things can get busy, but it felt like my request was ignored, and that left a bad impression. I hope the team can improve attention to customers, even for small requests like this.

Our visit was great. It was a Saturday afternoon so there was no line. The store was nice and clean. The baristas were friendly and got our order correct. Coffee was fresh and hot. The young lady on the register made sure I got the best deal using my reward. Overall great experience.

The drink was fine and the staff behind the counter was great, but there were people with the staff (either off duty staff or friends or manager) that were so loud and so disruptive it was painful. Then, a group of teenagers came running in hiding from security and raising a fuss. This is such a poorly managed starbucks. Maybe fine for to go drinks, but painful to be there more than 60 seconds inside.

Order here everyday. All the baristas are fine but one. Each time I encounter the barista, She seems very annoyed and agitated. She rolls her eyes each time. Will not be coming back. Young spanish lady with glasses. The store was not busy.
