Went and ordered two Frisco burger meals which are supposed to be toasted and got home and they where not and where cold. I ordered a shake and it melted because i was handed it and told to pull forward and wait for my cold food. Spent $23 for a melted shake two burgers not prepared right and i paid for a large fries and got a small order of fries in a large box. I would not even was a dime at this place and this will be the last time i ever vist and i warm everyone to stay away

I love this location! The food is always fresh and hot and the service is amazing, especially if Jade is working the drive thru. Sometimes I have to park to wait on my food, but I don’t think this is a bad thing because I always get fresh food! And thankfully the remember to put ketchup in the bag even when I forget to ask. I’m so glad this isn’t like those other fast food places that counts out how many ketchup packets or napkins that the customer gets. This is the reason I come to this location. Thanks!

I had a online order the order was wrong, I didn’t know it until I got all the way home I live about t 35min away. The food that I received was slopped barbecue sauce just squirted all over it was downright disgusting looking. I called the store the store was nice they said they took my name down, and when I came back to show the online receipt and they would remake my order for me. I showed up today tried to present my received to the manager the manager was rolling his eyes and treating me like I was trying to scam them, he went to the back said he couldn’t find my name and I needed to come back and second shift manager. This manager was rude and disrespectful and does not need his position, He wouldn’t even take a look at my receipt. I have been a Hardees fan for a long time but I tell you right now just because the way this guy treated me and acted I will never eat at hardees ever again.

Website says 5 am. I pulled up at 6 am and asked for a chicken biscuit and employee on the microphone was extremely rude and explained there was only 2 and they didn’t have chicken.
