I enjoyed coming here very much, and I felt very welcomed when I walked through the doors. I was greeted with a lot of smiles and good small talk. The pastries here are delicious and fresh. The coffee is also made fresh which is a huge plus. There is plenty of seating. This is one of those places I will never forget and will definitely come back to.

This is now our new favorite family place. Very friendly and kind staff. The smell of fresh pastries and cakes. Loved the cheese and ham puffs. Also a good selection of coffee. The coffee is delicious. Would recommend this place to everyone. Every time I come here, I have warm and positive emotions.

The pastries are amazing! Stopped in on a whim and didn’t regret it. Definitely recommend the custard round and the lemon turnover.
One note: if you get iced coffee and ask for cream, make sure you specify how much. Mine was so blonde I could barely taste any of the coffee but I’d give them another chance on that.
Prices were lower than expected. 3 pastries and an iced coffee for 20 dollars.

Family friendly, clean comfortable atmosphere. The best Italian pastries and cakes in Western Mass. There are several similar types of establishments but Giovanni’s has been the best I’ve tried locally and I make the drive from several towns over for their pastries, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I can’t recommend them enough.

Was in desperate need of a birthday cake last minute. After trying 6 other bakeries, I tried Giovanni’s- hoping! They were able to fill my order without hesitation!
When I went to pick up my cake, it was ready on time, and the staff was super helpful. The cake was beautiful, reasonably priced. It was also delicious!
I found Giovanni’s out of desperation, but they will now be my go to bakery!
