They have the best steak stromboli’s. We always get the mixed hot peppers added. It is such a great meal and we always have leftovers. The house salad is also delicious and always fresh. We ordered take out and it was ready when I arrived.

They just lost my (frequent) business. I called to inform them that the jalapeno poppers we ordered carry-out had 2 of 6 that were just tiny cheese nuggets – no peppers in them. It was obvious just to look at them as they were 1/3 the size. Instead of apologizing, the young lady just got very defensive and aggressive, telling me they have no control over what is in the poppers. I tried to interject, but she just kept talking loudly over me. I finally managed to say that I didn’t expect anything in compensation, I just wanted them to know – the poppers cost too much to get 4 instead of at least the standard 6 – so they weren’t cheating people. She screeched “Excuse me!?” We don’t cheat….” at which point I just hung up. Inexcusable.

Great food however we sent our coworker over for an order and they ended up sending him back with wrong order. He goes back and they scream at him saying he needs to tell them specifically what order etc. I get ur stressed and it’s overwhelming but you do not need to be so abrupt and rude when u can confirm as well with customers. This seems to be an ongoing issues lately other customers have said the same so we came here to explain mistakes happen but paying customers deserve respect.

Was visiting in Salem today and had seen good comments about Bella Pizza on fb, so I gave it a try. I ordered a medium, thin crust pizza with extra sauce on the side. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten in a long time! Very tasty crust and the sauce was excellent. I will order from them again the next time I’m in Salem. It’s real diamond in the rough.
