Stopped to get some ice cream and ended up paying $20+ for 3 small scoops of ice cream, absolutely overpriced for what we got. The employee was nice and the business was clean but we should have gone to Publix and taken some back to our hotel. They also charged us a .74 cent fee for “Not using cash” (Do you not make enough money off of the ice cream?) The sizes of the cups were also inconsistent. Will not return.

Staff was excellent. very polite and helpful. I had the Oreo fudge sundae 3 scoops and the girl had a single scoop cone.ice cream was excellent.pricing was not an issue. Both items totaled 20 bucks. Close to the beach and ample parking you can’t complain. Plus you can sample a few flavors if you want.

Ice cream was really good, chocolate was just as good. Wanted to get a split scoop as I am lactose intolerant. Was told I couldn’t. Missed out on the sale from me, but the family all got ice cream. The little things go a long way with customer service these days. Overall cool place. Cool strip mall.

My husband and I arrived about 45 minutes before closing. We each got a sundae, a scoop to go, and some candies. I had to ask multiple times for our receipt, when we left I realized they’d double charged for my sundae. The staff clearly did not want to be there and were not kind, one kept making strange faces at us. Some of our ice cream was freezer burned and when we tried the candy the taffy was hard as a rock and the chocolates had a strange stale taste and texture. My guess is they don’t care about customer service and just take advantage of tourists passing through. Obviously will not be returning and told our local family we’re staying with to pass on to their friends our experience.

Fun Place! Two employees at this location and they were very helpful. Samples on a mini spoon upon request. Smells Devine when you walk through the door with Chocolate candies, containers with candy and ice cream. They even had a No Sugar added ice cream in Butter Pecan. Very delicious. Will definitely come back.

Went there twice while visiting PCB this weekend. The first time was great no problem, very clean and great service. The second time the cashier didn’t flip the screen around when I paid, which I thought was odd because I remembered there being a gratuity option the day before when I was there. Well when it posted to my account turns out the cashier gave himself a gratuity. We were only a party of 3 getting single scoops, so it wasn’t our party size and we were easy customers. No receipt was given. Ice cream is great, just watch out for shady cashiers.

Clean, sweet and, simple. Amazing choices. Ice cream was perfect temp. and consistency. Best ice cream I have ever had. Service was perfect. Easy to order as shop was not overly decorated.
