NO NO No NO NO $26 bucks for and a 29 min wait for 4 tacos with hardly any steak which the meat tasted old like it was left over from yesterday. The flour shells just stale not cooked at all The corn definitely from the can you can tell by how watery it becomes at the bottom once you stir it the rice has peas in it what Mexican put peas in the rice make it make sense the only thing good was the horchata which you can find the recipe on you tube this definitely not authentic and they charge a extra card fee even when using a debit which is illegal its cool they definitely lost me ill never waste my gas or money on this. I ordered the shrimp fajitas with corn and rice as my sides. It also came with tortillas and salsa. Food and portions are good. I will definitely be going back. The Horchata and strawberry horchata are both great tasting….and for those who know not everyone makes it the same!

I’ve order from here several times, and unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The young lady who answers the phone is always short and comes across as rude. On my most recent order, I asked for the total, and she told me I would get it when I picked it up. That’s unacceptable. If I’m sending someone else or paying cash, I need to know the total upfront. That’s basic customer service. As for the food, it’s not what it use to be. The fries are often cold, hard or undercooked, and the steak has been consistently overcooked, so I stop ordering the steak and switch to chicken because of the ongoing issue. Overall, the experience feels rushed and unprofessional. This place would benefit from improved customer service.

I ordered the shrimp quesabirria and small elote. The shrimp tacos had a strong seafood smell when I opened them. The shrimp wasn’t well-seasoned, and the tortilla was not crispy like authentic birria tacos should be. It lacked that golden, pan-fried crisp texture. The dipping sauce was very salty and didn’t give the rich birria flavor I was expecting.
The elote was okay — nothing bad, just nothing memorable.
Customer service was welcoming, but slow. There seemed to be some confusion with orders, and things weren’t moving efficiently.
Overall, it just wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t personally recommend it based on my experience, but others may feel differently.

BEWARE ORDERING HERE!! I’ve ordered from here several times and the lady who answers and takes the orders is always short and rude!!! This time I asked what my total would be and she stated that they only provide total upon pickup I guess so they can up charge you instead of upholding the pricing they have listed on there website or menus!!! BEWARE when ordering from here of that as it seems it’s a repeat occurrence!!! This is illegal btw and will be reported to the state!!!
As for my food very lack luster. The rice was very mushy and just lacking flavor. I’ve made better flautas myself!!! This place needs to be shut down or under new management to bring them up to standard to be serving food let alone even be considered a place of business.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a jerk steak taco dinner listed at 11.99. When she rang it up it was 17.95! When I told her there was a price issues she stated, “Our sign says prices are subject to change at the managers will.”
“It’s expensive size to keep changing proces on the sign.”
What they are doing is illegal and I did call the city on them and got my money back from my bank! Never again.
Oh and the sides of Mexican corn and Spanish rice were disgusting! The jerk tacos were decent.

This place is ok. They were pretty busy when I arrived so the woman taking orders was pretty straight to the point but not in a rude way. I do like that there appeared to be steak throughout the steak elote and it was well seasoned. I also got the taco dinner with steak, chicken, and chorizo tacos with a side of rice and beans. I was surprised to see cheese on the tacos as most other places charge extra for it. Steak taco was good, the chicken was mid, and I didn’t like the chorizo one. Overall, this isn’t a place I HAVE to visit again, but I’d stop by if I was in the neighborhood.

I ordered three steak tacos with no cheese and sour cream. It came with lettuce tomatoes onions and cilantro. They had me wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food to get ready. When they give me my food it had lettuce and cheese on it, and steak. Nothing else of what it came with.
I asked them for a refund for messing up my order. They give it back no problem, but asked me do I want them to re make it, and said it would be quick. I said nope I already waited and don’t have more time to wait, for them to re make my food.

I’m always pleased with the service AND my food!! Ever since I learned about “The Taco Place” this is the ONLY place I go for my Mexican food!!! I love the app, now I PICK UP AND GO!!!!

My husband and I purchased a steak burrito and a steak taco dinner plus 1 extra taco. To our surprise the burritos had no beans or flavor and neither did the tacos.They both were dry and without any Mexican seasoning. We were terribly disappointed. We did return the food after having eaten 3/4 of a taco and a portion of the 1/4 of the burrito in search of the beans, which we never found. We spent $27 on that horrible meal and we were only refunded $12 and some change because we’d eaten a small amount of the food.
I’d not recommend this place to anyone ever. Bad food, bad customer service.
