This is by far the worse Arby’s I have been to in my entire life I couldn’t write a review because I didn’t get a receipt food was old service was horrible drove through drive through nobody answered when I went inside everybody was sitting down eating I have never seen nothing like this the owner of this should be reviewing they camera ask the lady’s where the fries fresh she sticked her bare hands in there and tasted one I’m sorry but this unacceptable no wonder nobody goes here

The wait was extremely long and it was not busy. Although the employees were nice and respectful, they seemed upset and frustrated. It seems they are under staffed and may need more than just two employees working.

Ordered an 8.00 dollar 1/4 pound brisket sandwich,took the first one back, and told the front desk lady it was no pickles and that wasn’t a 1/4 pound of meat. She had the sandwich remade and I weighed it at home since she said it was 1/4 pound. Scales don’t lie. #arby’s

They even with a car load only except 2 coupons. They didn’t sell anything because of this. Unhelpful and inconsiderate. Drove to McDonald’s fed the same three people for $2 more. I can see why so many Arby’s are closing. And yes I do like hobbies the too many times I didn’t get what I expected and their prices are extreme for what they give. Roast beef sandwiches with coupon 3.50 with two pieces of meat. I guess that was for the 4 for 10. So there is no value I’m sorry Arby’s you’re losing me as a customer also.

Went to Arbys and ordered two chicken sliders, fries and a peach lemonade. That’s when i noticed the hair in my food (fries) . I was already at work so i couldnt go back to the restaurant. I called instead and told the lady what happened. She stated “ they don’t give refunds . And i could just get something else to replace it “ . I’ve worked at fast food for two years long as the customer has their receipt you have to give them a refund . No i also didn’t want anything to replace it after i just found hair in my food !! No it’s not about the money the loaded fries were only $2.99 . I could’ve just took my money elsewhere but i will be calling corporate about this and yes i still have my receipt.

Very rude staff. Then completely messed up the order and best of all, as we are waiting 20 minutes for our food. There is a marker board complaing that the staff wasn’t clean and the food was moldy. See Pic.

I am a huge fan of of Arby’s roast beef sandwiches however this location is never my first choice. Why? Because I dislike inconsistency…I never know if the food I’m ordering will be made to my satisfaction. However against my better judgement I stopped at this location to get a turkey club. It was my first time ordering that sandwich and they did an amazing job. The sandwich was delicious…not better than the roast beef but still good.
