Placed an order around 5:30 ish on a Sunday night. Long wait would have been fine, the weather sucks. They cooked it almost right away and then let it sit under the heat lamp for OVER AN HOUR! Then delivered it luke warm and burnt at the same time…sad. I just wanted pizza….

If I could do 0 stars or negative I would. I placed an order, the tracker began and money was taken from my bank account. Notice 45 min later that the order had been canceled. I called them to ask why and they said they never had my order, despite looking at the charge on my banking app. They did this another time to my husband. The tracker app that time even said it was delivered, which is was not. Unfortunately it was too late to call them because they were closed by the time we realized it was not probably coming. Clearly they are not interested in making money and would rather cancel orders.

I buy from this Domino’s store at least once a week. Sometimes much more often.
I placed a store pick up order yesterday. It was a zoo when I walked in the door there. I’ve never had an order take longer than a few minutes. I placed my order well before 5 o’clock in the evening.
The people working there were not working as a team.
I also think one of the people working there was the owner. He did not look clean. He did not belong behind the counter.
My relationship with that store may be over.

Started off absolutely horrible as soon as I walked into there. One of the workers had a horrible attitude towards me and also his own coworker when he was only trying to ask about my take out order. Then once i got home and opened what i thought was my cinnamon bites it was parmesan bites with icing on the side. I’m extremely upset about my overall experience with this dominos.

I ordered online for car side delivery. I paid using PP and did not tip because I prefer to give cash tips. They advertise 2 minutes to deliver to the car. I waited 8 minutes and glad I didn’t tip then either. Thin crust pizza was burnt. Pan pizza was undercooked. Won’t ever order Dominos again! Don’t waste your money. Frozen pizza is better. The pan pizza was cut all wonky too. Definitely no pride in their work. No stars if I had the choice.

Bad Experience Alert – Domino’s Store #1722
I placed an order to feed my family tonight, and the driver showed up at the door. He admitted that he accidentally left part of my order — the soda — in the car. He said he’d be right back up with it… instead, he drove off.
I immediately called the store (Domino’s #1722), and the first person who answered asked if I wanted to “add it as credit.” I said absolutely not — I ordered a soda and I want what I paid for. What am I supposed to drink, water?
Then another person got on the phone, and I explained again that I paid for the soda and never received it. The lack of accountability and professionalism was unbelievable.
This is hands down one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed Domino’s locations I’ve ever dealt with. Do better.

zero stars . i was there o the 10/06/2025 around 6:45 pm the lady who makes pizza who did not want to tell me her name does NOT wash her hands . when i confronted her i asked her her name she refused to tell me her name and she told me if you do not like it here go away she told me to leave and refunded my order without asking her which worked with me cuz of hygiene. when i asked her to wash her hand the fat driver came and started cutting the pizza and also without washing hands .the other driver who took my order was Hi on something.

Good place overall but the pizza that was made for me was super thin and dry while when I get the same cheese pizza somewhere else it’s good volume and has a fluffy crust. I’m sure it was just the person made it that didn’t do a good job or they could be new but that’s why take.

The customer service was terrible ,I ordered a pizza after working all day and expected it to be what I paid for ,when I called because they left off a topping and I told the man there was no chicken the man told me “sometimes we shred the chicken to where you can’t see it” calling me a liar for one and for two he lied himself. I don’t appreciate being lied to and being called a liar , when I asked for his name ,he refused to give it. My service and my friends and family will be going elsewhere.
