As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m only reading the food because I ordered from DoorDash they did properly seal my food and didn’t leave anything out.
It’s just very nostalgic to eat from checkers because we haven’t had it in Charlotte North Carolina since I was a kid and I have to have it every time I go out of town if it’s in the city that I’m visiting.

Food was not, but part of the order was incorrect. Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. Staff were polite though.
The drive through itself was the real disappointment. Don’t recommend with a wide or lifted truck.

Went here for my first time after living around here over a year. Asked for no mayo, multiple times, and still got it.
The burger was overpriced for its quality, and the shakes are not fully mixed. At least the fries were good but I could get the same from an Arby’s at a cheaper price.

The food is okay overall. The fries were well seasoned, but not crunchy enough, and the chicken sandwich had a good taste, but the chicken was a bit flat (not thick enough). I did like their fountain drink though cause it tasted fresh. Some fountain drinks taste watered down, but theirs is good!

Went there at 10pm to get a meal & drink. Five minutes after placed order I was told they didn’t have my first drink. About Six minutes later I got my food, but told there was a 5 wait for my second drink. I ended up waiting 45 mins & never got my drink. I just left & took the “L”. Will never go back there again. Plus they take forever to come to the window to take orders in the first place.

This checkers is the mvp. They actually have a working shake machine and they have the banana milkshake in stock. Most checkers let their shake machines break and never fix them, the checkers where I lived before literally told me checkers doesnt do shakes anymore haha. I only get the chicken bites box so that’s all I can speak to, but the nuggets and fries are always well cooked. The employees are really nice and the food comes out quick, never had an issue with my order or anything. If youre looking for a quick food grab, you won’t be disappointed here.

Not big into writing reviews but this experience was great! I travel for work and am always happy to come across a Checkers. By far my best experience has been at this location. The people who are working tonight are providing the highest level of service possible and with a smile. The food came out so hot it was steaming as the man passed it to me through the window. Glad to see such great service is out there. Big thank you to Cashier Kiona and the man who passed me the food with such enthusiasm. Your service is appreciated!

The food was good and hot. But the service was very very slow. I walked up to the carry out window and I was the only one in line. Now my food was made and served to me in a timely matter but they had my Bank card as my payment and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to finally run it. I’m not sure what the hold up was as the drive thru was not that busy. And I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just rang my order up and charged my card. I also saw several employees in the kitchen not wearing mask. Actually I don’t think but 1 out of 6 employees I saw actually had a mask on. Actually some others did but they were on their chin leaving their mouth and nose exposed. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and I’m not recommending anyone else either. Eat there at your own risk. I hope they get there act together cause that’s quite a hefty fine for them not wearing mask in this Covid-19 epidemic. If not cause for them to get shut down. I ran a fast food restaurant and if I was running that place all those employees would be docked if not fired for blatant disregard for the customer’s safety and their own safety as well.

2/6 pulled up at drive threw 5 minutes till midnight ordered 2 shakes and a burger, no cars were ahead of me. When I got to the window, I recieved my order as quick as I paid. The burger was fresh and shakes were great!
