I’ve been to this location several times, the customer service is NEVER phenomenal, but I LOVE the smoothies! I stopped in on the 5th, around 4:30-5p, and there was a young Caucasian girl, brown shoulder length hair, wearing glasses in the store. She never greeted me or my family, just went to the register, and stood there! We were browsing the menu, waiting for her to let us know we could order, and NOTHING, not a word from her! I take it upon myself to just start ordering, she took our orders and still NOTHING, she didn’t even open her mouth to give us the total! I understand being shy, or timid, but being POLITE to someone doesn’t take much! I pray we get another local location one day, or you guys REALLY work on your customer service, you aren’t doing me a favor by letting me shop there, I’m PAYING for a service/product!

So glad we have a great healthy option on this side of town! Had the Santa Fe ‘Dilla. Loaded with chicken, beans, onions, peppers and a fabulous dipping sauce Mango Magic smoothie was my choice and I don’t regret it. I will be visiting this pace often.

I came in and the young ladies upfront were working hard and being very friendly. Then an older woman (assuming the manager) jumped in and was just rude and very demanding of the young ladies working. I understand it was busy but the way she talked to them was very rude and she seemed to confuse the others and looked very annoyed. This isn’t my first time seeing this and I just thought it was because it was busy, but no the manger is rude and honestly makes me not even want to come back.
