My hubby went today 4/2 around 11:45-12:00 and brought me home a carne asada burrito bowl OMG this is the absolute BEST food I’ve had in a very long time. They definitely don’t skimp on food, flavor or size. This bowl seriously is enough to feed 3-4 people. He got himself the carne asada burrito and if you know what the ones look like at ElTap, (huge) and this one is larger than that one.

Ordered the Carne asada fries. They tried to hide these burnt fries under the meat. The meat was good but the fries were so overdone and tasted only of old oil. Completely killed the meal and was NOT worth the $14.99 price. Make fresh fries or don’t serve them at all.

Have never had an experience like today normally always great food and clean. It was empty inside As I was waiting to order I observed flies walking on someone’s tacos in the preparation area. Flies around the meat and the burritos that were just sitting there. Everything was in disarray. Ended up leaving maybe just a bad day.

The food is great. Kind, professional, fast service. The place seems new and everything seems really clean. I love the fresh style and clear window that allows clients to see the food being prepared. Prices are fair for such big portions. I ordered a burrito and the asada fries. Both were good. Someone else ordered tacos, these didn’t look as appealing as everything else but I personally didn’t taste them.
They also seem to get their products locally which is great.

I’m glad I stopped at this place as I traveled through Cali. Tacos were really good and the green sauce was nice and hot. They have a few different kinds of beer if you like to drink and eat.

Everytime I come to order it always takes them such a long time to make anything. All I order was a bean and cheese burrito and it took them 30 min to make it. I miss the old crew. I hate leaving bad reviews but this happens everytime I come in.

Hand down the best asada fries I’ve ever had! It’s a very generous portion and their loaded. The Horchata was delicious.

Maximos has the best asada fries in the valley. Worth the hour drive. Everything about the asada fries is great. Especially the thick cut always crispy fries. Other places always have small thin soft fries. Plus the price is fair with all the toppings which comes with avocados, crema, cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. Overall great place for asada fries. Aguas fescas are good too.
