If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.
Horrific service and nothing more.
Not only were the people working completely rude, illiterate, and cursing while making pizza,
I was clear about the topings (being vegetarian), and left with a chunk of ground beef on my pizza. I should have known something was wrong as I left- when the counter person was acting strangely and smiling about it as I walked out.
Never eat here. Verola’s in Largo is much better and worth the price for quality service with more educated people.

This is the best Hungry Howies in Florida..
I found out today they have fresh natural mozzarella and they make their dough every day. Not frozen like most places..

I called and placed an order and a lovely,friendly, young man by the name of Wesley helped me over the phone. And was some of the best customer service I have seen recently. Very friendly and helpful will definitely be coming back again

When i took a holiday to the USA a few months ago, I ordered from this great place called Hungry Howies and the guy over the phone I think his name was Wesley, was very helpful with my order. Delivery time was reasonable and food was scrumptious!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE STAFF & MANAGER. I placed an online order and somehow the store didn’t receive my address when it came through on their end. I noticed after a hour and a half the food still hadn’t came. I checked the status using the email confirmation I received that also had all details attached to it as I provided online when I placed the order. (ADDRESS & PHONE #) and the status said still in the making. So I called the store and I explained to the young lady over the phone the situation and she said they tried calling me a while ago because they noticed the order didn’t have an address on it. Then I told her I never received a phone call and I purposely left my ringer on. Then she said “oh yeah your order doesn’t have a phone number either” so I asked how that was possible when the email confirmation on my end provided all the information I filled out and she just statted “I don’t know” and stood silent on the phone. I then asked if they planned on trying to get in contact with me at any point since they were aware of the issue and again she stood silent on the phone. I asked to then speak to a manager and immediately as soon and he (JOHN) got on the phone he said “what do you expect us to do?” He was very rude and nasty and inconsiderate of the matter. He never once apologized on their behalf. He just kept cutting me off and eventually I just requested my refund he hung up the phone.

I called to make a cplaint about the pizza and cheese bread that was basically inedible. This is the ONLY pizza place and location I purchase from and have NEVER complained so I was taken back when the employee over the phone named JOHN was extremely rude to me when I apptempted to call about the order- the Main Street Dunedin store was kore than open to rectify the complaint but for some reason it was a problem with this elployee. I could tell immediately upon answering the phone that he was in a bad mood and I said this to him. He proceeded to tell me oh well he works there everyday. I am a loyal customer and like I said, the Drew St. Location was the only one that I order from but this will be changing from today.

They sent us the wrong food .. And we paid alot because we have 4 kids. The store refused to send out what we ordered claiming we got what we order. Im sorry not sorry but they sent us 2 things of bread sticks instead of breadsticks and a pizza .. Chicago style large supreme which we all know is expensive but they refused to admit their mistake we got everything else but the pizza .. Like damn at least give a refund .. Jus flat out be rude saying no u got what u oredered .. Lol someone hates their job.

I had a frustrating experience with John, the manager at this location. After waiting over an hour for a delivery that never arrived, I called to report the issue. Instead of offering any help or apology, John responded with, “It is what it is,” showing a complete lack of professionalism and concern. He took no accountability and made no effort to resolve the situation. His dismissive attitude ultimately led me to cancel the order altogether. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.
