Wendy’s food is great. However, the late-night drive-thru experience is frustrating. Almost every time I go at night, my order is wrong. I end up having to repeat myself multiple times and then wait even longer while they fix the mistake. The food quality keeps me coming back, but the nighttime drive-thru service really needs improvement. Getting orders right the first time would make a big difference.

A sense of dread came over me, wondering what the food would taste like, In such a place.I Ordered the chicken apple salad And the food Did not taste fresh. The pieces of chicken were hard as if it had been cooked in the microwave. I will never step foot in that place again. I don’t consider it safe. If the appearance and the lack of cleanliness Is that the forefront? I can imagine what lurks behind the scenes.I’m surprised the place hasn’t been shut down. Needless to say, the food was returned, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Do not order take out y’all. They simply don’t care because they don’t have to deal with you and refuse to give compensation for this nonsense. Why are they allowed to give up hard cold food? To top it off they didn’t even fill the fries. Like 5 cold hard fries only. Rather insulting to customer. Night shift is going to get people sick and mad. I ordered through door dash. This second time this happened with food quality from here. I gave them another chance. Now I regret it. Never again.

Demya was taking the orders and handing the food today. First she was rushing the order i didn’t say anything or acknowledge it but when I got to the window she made a disrespectful remark (unprovoked). Her coworker thought that I was someone they knew and her response was “why would you try her like that (referring to the girl that he thought I was as if I’m ugly), she’s big isn’t the girl you talking about skinny” referring to me as big… then Demya proceeded to ask if I asked her something while I was just sitting there on the phone waiting for my food at the window. The environment was very unsettling. Someone needs to speak to her or train over.

Spent $18 on a burger combo and 6 piece chicken nuggets and they charge me for an extra bbq for the nuggets… that is petty and horrible customer service. $.50 extra is ridiculous. Do better Wendy’s.

ROACHES everywhere! even where costumers sit to eat their food. (I have pictures.) Managers there are very disgusting. No customer service, outstandingly rude and disrespectful. Cursing at costumers and employees drinking on the job!

I guess the stars speak for themselves. I’ve actually been sitting on line at the drive thru for 20min now. I’m at the order speaker and the girl came and went and said one moment. It’s been 10min since. I wait just to see what happens and they have the salad I need with the tea I drink. So disappointing. This place us always busy, not sure what’s happening inside this place but avoid it of you can. Apparently the owners could care less. Since it’s always busy anyway.
