I have been wanting to eat here for a long time and I finally went and I should of come sooner. Willow Springs is an excellent diner! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and you get large portions! I got their famous fried chicken and I can see why it’s famous! It was outstanding, crisp, juicy, just melted in my mouth. The gravy on the mashed potatoes is addicting! I could drink cup fulls of it. Willow Springs also has a large selection of various pies and other deserts that are made every Sunday and Wednesday and when they are gone, they gone so you have to get them while you can.
The staff is very welcoming and aren’t phony like big chain restaurants are. They treat you like family and are very attentive to your needs.
Overall I would give Willow Springs 10 stars if I could and I definitely will be going back.
AAAAA+++++

Quaint little town restaurant!
Good food! Good customer service! Nice local people
So close to a 5 star
I had a sandwich called Main street – turkey, bacon, swiss, lettuce, tomato served on grilled texas toast. My side was chive fries – really good dipped in ranch.
Take home dessert was red raspberry crisp. Very good
The only thing they forgot to give me my sweet tea and I walked out and forgot it too ♀️

Great place to eat and after your meal you can visit downtown Hagerstown and browse the shops and pick up some chocolate. Great friendly staff.

Home style offerings, including specials, were affordable and, in our experience, very tasty. The ham & potato with green beans special was not only ample, filling, and tasty but served promptly. Chicken salad sandwich with, excellent, French fries was likewise. The blackberry cobbler, warmed with vanilla ice cream dessert was most noteworthy. The other dessert offerings of pies, cakes, and other fruit cobblers makes a return visit mandatory.

Great little restaurant! Awesome selection of pies and some incredible fried chicken (Tuesdays only). My in-laws have been going here for years, and we love to join when we can. Seating is limited so get there early, especially on Tuesdays!

Although it is a smaller building it has a crowd. My husband and I had chicken parmesan. They are know for pain fried chicken on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We will have to try fried chicken next time but was pleased with our food.

Loved the history, service, and the food. Had my mind made up to have the patty melt, but couldn’t turn down the country fried steak. Will be making another stop.
