This was my first time visiting any Firehouse Subs and I will not be going back. The floors were sticky and I kept having to pull my boots up hard to get unstuck. Tables were dirty and I saw food items being stored on the floor that should not have been there. And the price is ridiculous for a sub. And the bread was soggy wet and gross . Tried the fries and they were hard and cold. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Needless to say my family and I will not be going back to any Firehouse subs. Very disappointed especially for the prices they charge.

Morgan and Nykytra were VERY helpful when the app was acting up and I wanted to redeem an item. They did not get annoyed with me even though I knew they were busy. They helped me through the problem. Great team work also. I would give them a 10 if I could.

Ordered online, it was not received by Firehouse. Resubmitted the order while I was in the store. They went to work on it immediately. I ordered a hot sub, but received a cold one. Instead of the thick sliced beef on my sandwich, I received shaved meat that I could not verify what kind. Mac and cheese was good.

Employees are rude. Subs made wrong. REFUSED to refund. One employee working but three- four on the clock, one employee was on his phone and the other couldn’t stop talking about how she was ready to go home. Had to wait over an hour for my food just for it to be made wrong. $54 WASTED.
