We haven’t had this pizza in over a year and I won’t get it again. Delivery process was good and it came within the timeframe. The pizza is over cooked! I do know why ? Their pizza is really greasy and this is the reason you don’t bake it to a black crisp ! The dominoes in washington square shopping center do not bake theirs this dark!! Never again will I trust them.

Ordered for dinner at 6:15. Food did not arrive until 9:05 p.m. at some point we tried to call and cancel because we knew that we could not wait for the food but could not get through because every time it got past the AI the line just beeped busy. At some point they have to stop taking orders if they can’t fill them. Especially when I ordered it said that it was a 40-minute delivery time. It was four times that unacceptable. Then it showed up and it had been smashed. Super happy that I’m spending my money with this company. Not at all.

Horrible in store customer service. I walk inside, no customers in front of me – just to pick up an order – 3 workers at the front and not a single acknowledgement of me as a customer standing there. Waiting, waiting waiting and able to type out this whole review before I get my paid for pizzas

I have had one too many issues with this location and I will accept responsibility for continuing to order from them. I ordered a pizza two days ago and there was an issue with the way it was made so I contacted them to complain. Against my better judgment I ordered another pizza from them today since it was free. I almost finished my slice of pizza when I bit into a hard piece of plastic. When contacting the store I spoke with the same manager that I spoke with two days prior and his response was “I can send you out another pizza plastic free”. No apologies or anything! I did receive a refund but I will never do business with this location again.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited over ten minutes, in an EMPTY parking lot…they definitely weren’t too busy. Got home, and the food is just blah. The pizzas were just sloppy, and the Parmesan sauces pizza was absolutely abysmal. The wings are teeny tiny and are just garbage. Feels like rubber in your mouth overall, my last two trips to this store have been pretty awful overall. Would not recommend.

I ordered a pizza,with no sauce, for my grandson who does not eat red sauce. I drove down to pick up the pizza, get home…sauce. I check my receipt; it clearly says in big black letters, NO SAUCE. I drive back to Domino’s, go in and tell them they put sauce on it and hand the lady at the register the pizza and receipt. You can clearly see now where a bit of cheese is pulled back, there is sauce on the pizza. She stares at the pizza and then at the receipt back and forth for about 30 seconds. I pointed to “NO SAUCE” on the receipt, she says oh okay and yells for the manager. He comes up, takes the receipt, puts it on the counter and does the SAME thing, starts staring at the pizza and then the receipt. Finally he yells for someone to make another one with no sauce. Then just says it will be about 7 minutes, no “sorry about that” we apologize, nothing.
I go to my car and wait about 10 mins, to give them a lil extra time. I go back inside to get the pizza and I overhear the guy next to the pizza oven saying he thinks they gave it to the delivery guy that I just passed as I was coming back inside. He searches and even looks in the oven … bigger than ish they gave it to the driver. The chubby blonde employee apparently thought me wasting my time and gas because they can’t get a pizza right, was so funny. I didn’t think so. They had to make it a third time, the first male manager left/went home while I was waiting so the new manager brings it out and gives an extremely insincere “Sorry bout that, have a good night.” Incompetent and zero customer service.

It’s Domino’s, so there’s no atmosphere.
My biggest complaint isn’t with the specific location I normally order from. My biggest complaint is the disconnect between the time claimed in the app and when you might actually see your food. For delivery, it’s always off at least 20+ minutes and as many as two hours.
The food is the food. Domino’s is much better than it was 15 years ago. My old location kept delivering my food to the wrong address.

Placed order online said would be 27 min. Pizza tracker had my pizza out of the oven at 645… 800 pizza gets to my door cold and old. I called the store to check on the order after a hour has passed and their response was they are short staffed…. really… Do better..

I had a very bad experience at Domino’s. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but I noticed they used the same cutter that was used for non-veg pizzas. When I asked the staff about it, they said they only have one cutter.This is completely unacceptable for customers who strictly eat vegetarian food. Domino’s should ensure proper separation of veg and non-veg utensils and train their staff better. I’m very disappointed and hope they take this seriously.

Ordered two medium one topping pizzas, one pepperoni, one Buffalo. We got whats shown in the photo ♀️ How would anybody in their right mind be able to have the stomach to stand this MUCH Buffalo sauce???? Tried calling the store and they just hung up the phone after we waited on hold. My husband and I were speechless when we opened the box and saw a literal PUDDLE on our pizza. Please Domino’s. Do better!
Edit: The manager working, Brian, was very friendly and accommodating to us when we came in and asked for a remake of the pizza. Thank you Brian, we appreciate you!
