This place is the definition of high quality pizza with personality.
I came here to do HVAC work for this man and I personally talked to the owner after I was done. He promised me high quality ingredients and he wasn’t lying. I came here on a Sunday with my girlfriend and we each got our own pizzas.
The sauces and cheese were so well made and flavorful. The crust cooked to absolute golden perfection! The breadsticks were also buttery close to little Caesar style breadsticks. For the quality of the food I feel the price is pretty justified the pizzas are the perfect size for one person with mostly a slice or 2 for leftovers. But with the prices it’s probably only really good for couples and not ideal for large parties.
My only real criticism is that everything is self serve. (Mostly) the only thing that isn’t self serve is them bringing out your food. But I understand he is short staffed so I will not complain about it too much. Overall a true gem of a restaurant hidden inside of Berkeley springs

Just tried for the first time and will be back! The portions are great and food was quite tasty. The dining room is bright and clean. The staff is pleasant, making sure we were able to use the kiosk and knew where to go. Being self serve, there was no waiting for drink refills, and we were able to grab a box when finished. Price is comparable to other sub and pizza shops.

I ordered the pepperoni rolls and they were excellent. The crust was delicious and very fresh and there were plenty of fillings. There’s a choice and I had pepperoni, bacon and black olives- very tasty. Portion was large and I saved one for dinner (2 per order). Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My friend had pizza which was also good. You do have to order at a kiosk rather than being waited on but that’s becoming pretty standard. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best pizza you’ll get in our town! I cannot stand floppy pizza. This crispy crust stands up to toppings. Speaking of toppings, they have a good variety, the only suggestion I have there is for turkey pepperoni for those of us who avoid pork. The service is friendly and helpful, especially for this boomer who had just a tiny issue with the ordering kiosk. Now, about that kiosk. I know a lot of people don’t like this. But considering that every restaurant in our town is begging for employees, this might be the solution.
I think the prices are right in line with expectations. I got a regular pizza with 2 toppings and a drink and it was around $16.
I love Crust! And I’m grateful to have an alternative to all the floppy mediocre pizzas out there. Thanks, Crust!!!

Pizza and salid were good with fresh cut fries . WITH A FEW TINY STEPS OF COLOR AND SPICE TO THE FOOD , CRUST COULD BE WONDERFULL RESTRUANT IN TOWN.

I came looking for a vegetarian restaurant that used to be in Crust’s location. Decided to stay and try them out. Staff super friendly. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you, something I’m used to with the Squisito’s pizza chain. Price was certainly right for me: $7.95 for two slices of cheese (or pepperoni) pizza and a drink (I got the Gold Peak unsweetened tea). Pizza slices a bit small, but it was lunch so I didn’t mind. Kind of a diner atmosphere without the table service.

We ordered carryout. Margherita pizza was flavorful and delicious. The crust is extremely good. Just the right about of thickness and cooked perfectly. The sun dried tomatoes really were the icing on the cake. Size served 2 people perfectly. (6 slices) Food was ready on time and service was fast and friendly. They have a rewards program too. We will be back to try more menu offerings.

I’ve eaten there twice in one week – and I’m from out of town! Absolutely wonderful pizza: the ingredients are fresh, the dough is amazing, and the staff are eager to please. Cannot recommend it enough.

Best bread sticks I have ever had. Pizza was good, but the amount of toppings were skimpy. Salad was great. The service was odd, take out style even though you can dine in. I think elderly folks would struggle with it. Establishment was very clean including the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly.

First time at crust, I was not expecting for $17 my steak and cheese to be on a hotdog roll.. and although a reasonable portion of meat was on it, it’s not “thinly shaved” it was chewy, not seasoned at all, and had an odd flavor like it was old… I don’t like giving one star reviews but I wanted to try the new restaurant in town and I’m so disappointed.. this was my birthday dinner..
We called and asked for a refund, spoke to the manager who couldn’t give a refund but offered to replace the dinner. Ordered pizza this time, which although very small for the cost of $20, per pizza, small amount of toppings and way too much crust, it tasted very good. I would recommend the pizza, but not for the price. It did taste better then some of the other pizzas I’ve had in town.
