We were there yesterday, and we’ve been talking about this amazing place all day today! Absolutely the best spot in Indiana! My husband said it was the best hot dog he’s ever had in the U.S. The ice cream portions are huge, the prices are great, and everything we tried was delicious. The service was outstanding—so friendly and welcoming, especially to kids. I also bought some fantastic homegrown vegetables for almost nothing. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a cute little old-school ice cream stop. They have a small variety of scoop flavors, and the standard soft-serve stuff that they make various creations with by adding flavorings and chunks of stuff.
Some of the food leaves something to be desired. The chicken sandwiches are reconstituted nugget-like material, but he tenderloins and chicken strips aren’t bad.
Stopped by again and had the nachos, and they were awesome. The chips were sopping with so many toppings it was hard to decide how to scoop them up.
What they lack in sandwiches, they make up for in service. In the middle of a long bike ride, the gals at the place were awesome and filled our water bottles for us. And even threw in some ice!
The ice cream is where it’s at here, so stop for that.

Terrible customer service experience. Purchased a $7.50 plus gave a tip prior to getting the ice cream. Was given melted ice-cream and not offered a remake. The young lady at the counter said it’s ice cream it melts. It melts from them making it to them giving it to me. Rude and disrespectful and disappointing.
Also purchased a bacon cheeseburger and didn’t get bacon.

We visited Lindy Freeze today and absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — such friendly and kind people. The place itself is beyond cute, and we were obsessed with the all-pink video playing — such a fun and creative touch that made the whole vibe feel extra special.
The ice cream was delicious, and you can tell this place puts love into what they do. It’s clean, family-friendly, dog-friendly, and full of charm. We’re already planning to come back soon to try the food (it smelled amazing!).
Lindy Freeze has that feel-good, local magic — definitely a new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

I got the nachos supreme, a pork Tenderloin, a hand dipped waffle cone, and a turtle sundae. They weren’t shy about the pork on my nachos, either. Tenderloin was pretty good too. My only complaint was I was misheard and given a cup instead of a cone for my ice-cream. Overall a really nice place, and super cute with all the pink as well.

Excellent EXCELLENT!! Really enjoyed our flurries–THE BEST in the local Lafayette area!!! Well worth the drive! Great, creative menu selections. The place is also super cute, painted in pink and service is friendly.

Wonderful ice cream, good service. We were a little disappointed with their version of a mixer/blizzard type treat as it had almost zero topping in it. Aside from that, if you find yourself anywhere near Linden, the Lindy Freeze is a must stop.
