I just stopped in to get both an Eggplant and Chicken roll. It took forever for me to be acknowledged even with a $100 bill in my hand. I ordered and it took forever. While waiting I ordered a plain slice and dodged the flies in the area as I attempted to eat it. The rolls came out the oven and straight into a box. I asked for forks and a cup of sauce and then the employee looked at me in disgust. He placed it in the pizza box and as I began to walk away he demanded money.
I guess this place is penny pinching and has accountants working behind the counter.
I have come here for years and noticed that the quality of both customer service and food has diminished. The chicken was tough and chewy and the eggplant was biter and tasted like vinegar. I would not recommend this Latino bistro to anyone.

horrible rude service selling old pizza. got 2 old-stale burned sicilian corners, after eating one decided to go back and give them a chance to make it right, instead of giving them a bad review, only to get interrupted by the manager as I started explaining the problem, talked over, and talked to as if I was a liar. horrible service. shitty old pizza. used to come for years. won’t be going back again. avoid.

So there’s a few pros and cons about this place like I have no issues with the inside of the restaurant but I will say this the beef patty The filling inside is fresh and delicious , the hot dog roll is delicious but the hot dog should be cooked a lot more and ,nthe ham and cheese calzone where was the ham and cheese exactly? Because you guys packed that with a whole bunch of cheese and that’s the only thing I taste that’s so unnecessary to pack the thing with so much cheese while it’s oozing out ridiculously..
But honestly you guys have a lot of different things that I never seen upside down pizza , hot dog roll , you got buffalo chicken pizza , you got pepperoni roll , you got beef patties, and you guys have so many different things that are so amazing and different zapolies I never seen.
Everyone said the service was terrible in the reviews but my experience of service was definitely not terrible the guy had a smiling face he asked me what I wanted he made my food to perfection and I had no issues and wait time wasn’t that long at all.

I have been a regular customer for the past 10 years. I usually order from this pizzeria through the grubhub app, where the penne alla vodka is about $55 carering style. This time, I decided to call in the order directly since they’re just around the corner. To my surprise, they quoted me $65 for the same dish. I mentioned the price difference and told them I’d just order it online instead. They told me they charge 65 because thats including the taxes and fees that are added to on the app. I checked online and ordered it there. Total was 59.88
When I showed up to pick up the online order, it was clear they recognized I was the same customer. This time, they didn’t include the usual piece of Italian bread that always comes with the pasta. The excuse was that because I ordered through the app, they get charged fees and that they now are going to charge me for the bread. Ironically, I pointed out that calling in was actually more expensive. And that it was obvious he was being spiteful and that was the only reason he did not included the Italian bread this time.
While the food is still great, the experience was frustrating. Will not return because of it.

I ordered from Corato for the first time through DoorDash, and I must say, I’m impressed! The driver delivered the food quickly, and everything was piping hot. I got the chicken cutlet parmigiana with pasta and a side of mozzarella sticks. Both were absolutely amazing! The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be ordering from Corato again!

The pizza is always fresh & the service is fast. We love their Sicilian pizza; must try the upside down Sicilian! This place is a Queens staple. Generations of local kids have come here for pizza parties and now that we’re adults, we choose to come here. They have so many different options on the menu and stay open pretty late. All in all, what makes a community if not the local family owned pizzeria?

We ordered from here via Door Dash. Not only was the food over 1 hour late, but my pesto dish didn’t have any sauce—only olive oil, salt, and oregano spice lol. The pasta was soft and tasted over cooked. The dish was literally laughable. The burger was okay, but the fries were chewy! Who sells chewy fries?? My sister’s ravioli was drowning in a “vodka sauce” that tasted sour. Gross. Also, when we called to check the status of our delivery, the man on the phone had a disgusting attitude. We won’t order from here again—it’s a wrap
