The Man Cave is a great spot for a bite to eat and a drink. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They were very busy as it was a Saturday night but our food came out quickly and it was good. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area.

We were in town for a mini-getaway and stopped by here for dinner. We arrived just as it opened for dinner. We walked in from the front which I guess is a coffee shop which was closed. We actually had to be assisted to walk all the way in to get to the brewery since they didn’t have any signage indicating that. We even mistakenly sat down. We definitely recommend them to include a sign to head to the brewery in the back for non-locals such as ourselves. It was quite empty at that time but seemed like a good size space with multiple seating options. We skipped appetizers and went straight to a flight of beer, entrees and burgers. Another recommendation is to fix the menu since it did not indicate that the entrees come with a salad and side. However, it’s unfortunate you could not substitute a salad for a soup. For drinks, we recommend ordering a flight of beer to try out the various kinds they have on tap. Nothing rang our bell as they all had a sour aftertaste. If beer isn’t your thing they also have wine and special cocktails. The pork-beef burger was alright. The tomato could have been sliced much thinner. There was a lack of sauce on the burger. The loaded au gratin potatoes were good with cheese but could have been more loaded with some bacon bits. We also ordered the chicken with waffles. It’s quite a large order for one person. Would love to see a half order size instead. The salad was good but could’ve used more tomatoes and possibly Parmesan cheese. If we had to come here again, we’d ordered a different burger, likely the 100% beef burger, not the pork-beef mix. Also in terms of plating, I think they could use a more unified approach. Did not care for the different colored plates that the food came on. Presentation does a lot for the palate and the green plate with my chicken just didn’t hit the same.

Great food, excellent service, terrible beer.
I like to try local breweries whenever I can and this is probably the worst I’ve ever had. None of the beers in the flight I tried could even be associated with their style if someone was conducting a blind test. There is some sort of contamination causing tartness and overfermentation, even overpowering the IPA and Scotch ale.

So, I’m torn, the food was good and fun stuff on the menu and service was good, to a point. They close at 10 and we arrived a little before 9, they seated us and told us the specials. Everything was going great until about 9:45 when the staff started cleaning around us. At 10 it was like they were glaring at us to leave. I hate feeling rushed. Other than that it was good.

My sister and I each had our own flight to try the different beers. Every beer we had was incredibly flavored and unique. I loved the experience we had as the staff was so friendly. I had the chicken and waffles and my sister had the sausage platter. We also got the spicy cheese curds for an appetizers and I seriously recommend those! Not too spicy but still with some heat. Come and enjoy the food and beer here!

Shepard’s Pie looked good, but was super greasy; and salad had some bad lettuce n it. Was good. Beer was OK, not a fan. The waitress was super nice though

Friendly staff, great food and craft beer! Stopping here was a last minute change in plans and had never been here, but one of our party had heard the food was good here. They heard right!

1st time there for date night. Confusing entrance. Wonderful wait staff! No sandwiches or entrees come with sides or even fries at the least. You can order fries for 4$. Interesting menu. I feel like the food descriptions could use more detail and be less misleading. Partner and I both settled for grilled cheese. Sweet potato fries were great! The southwest slaw was an idea gone wrong. Would be better with shredded cabbage. Overall I’d like to return and try more of the menu!
