Almost every time I come to this Dunkin location I am waiting at least 20 minutes for my drink while they take customers after me and give them their stuff and make me wait longer, the staff is rude and the quality is terrible every time I order plain mini bagels, there cold. A few days ago, I was sitting at Dunkin with my friend and once we went up to order, they said that we weren’t allowed to order and it kicked us out rudely after letting us sit there for over 10 minutes with no complaint. there has been times when the workers have cursed at me and my friends. overall, everything at this location is very disappointing.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They also can’t comprehend simple orders after several attempts and then refused to serve correct order. Completely ignored when there weren’t other customers. I have also talked to several people who have had similar experiences with the same girls that work there. They should 100% be terminated.
