For our very first visit we paid for 6 different flavored giant subs, got 5 of the same subs & only one of the other that we did order. You know the one at 6815 SW 3rd St always gets our order correct! We will never deviate from that location EVER AGAIN

I have low scores for Jersey Mikes because I was FOOD POISONING from the Tuna Sub I ordered idk who was working in the kitchen that day or the tuna was just bad but for three days I was shaking and couldn’t eat stomach in major Cramps and back and forth to the bathroom it was the most God Awful experience I ever had after that I haven’t ordered from them since I ordered my son the turkey sub thank God he didn’t get sick so that tuna had to be bad that day I hadn’t eaten yet due to my busy schedule so I ordered from Jersey Mikes and for the next three days I was in HELL in bed and had to take time off work SMDH.

This is my first time at this location, very clean very nice. The staff was friendly as well. I stopped here because the one nearest to my house had a small kitchen fire and so they gave me 2 free coupons to get 2 free mini sandwiches, so I took a coupon to this location before making my sandwich. I announced that I received the coupons and would like to use it for a mini sandwich she said yes and began to make my sandwich. Everything was going well. Another lady came from the back while I was ringing up. My coupon was not working and she said it didn’t work because my sandwich was not a mini, mind you I did order a mini so I was like OK and she was like you have to pay for it! But it was her condescending attitude and as I was explaining, OK that’s fine. I just was trying to say I did say mini though, she’s like well that’s not a mini and again I understand it was just her attitude and how she spoke to me it was very rude. So I don’t think I’ll go back to this location anymore.

I feel like it’s been a super busy week just in general for most businesses because of the holidays. I came about an hour before close. They were out of a few things, which isn’t anyone’s fault. The workers were just super kind and had the best customer service! They were apologetic even though they had nothing to be sorry about. 🙂 I will come back again because of their great service!

Original Italian sub is delicious. I got it Mikes Way, with oregano and vinegar. I also added jalapeños and pickles. I will definitely come back to this franchise, the food is great and the staff were so lovely. The establishment is very clean.

A few months ago we went in to pick up a re-make order after the previous one was missing ingredients. While finishing the order the staff member whispered under his breath to another one of his co-workers “at least he isn’t too chicken-s… to pick it up himself”. We won’t return to this location.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and have excellent customer service skills. They make your sandwich exactly like you want it. They make sure you receive any discounts you are owed and offer you ones you may not know about. I love this place, the employees, and definitely their food!

The sandwiches are great no complaints there. The service is horrible. Got our order wrong three times offered no apology and seemed to not care at all that we had to take the 15 minute drive back to their restaurant to pick up the sandwich that never made it into the bag. Let’s do better guys
