Placed an order and it was delivered at 7:30pm noticed the pizzas were lazily made and one not even cut and missing a topping.
I immediately called to let them know. They said they were making another order for us and started cooking it right way. That was 2 hours ago. We called the store they said the driver is out for delivery. The app says otherwise

I would like to start this by saying there is absolutely nothing wrong with my service that I received when I called and spoke with the woman at the store, the coupons that are online, do not meet the delivery minimum so they force you to buy more things to be able to have delivery. The woman I spoke with tried to fix this for me and see if they could push it through on their end if I added 2-2 L of Coke. She said she would remove them off of my check and send my order through as delivery, That did not work so I asked her to just remove the cokes because I did not want them . My delivery driver was very sweet and Called the store to speak with his manager to have the price fixed because it was not what they told me on the phone. i was told $16 and the check was $24 at arrival. After all of that, I’m very excited. I finally got my pizza and it looks like this….. Very sad and disappointing. I was not planning on writing a review about this …… BUT Since eating this, I was up sick all night long. I don’t know what happens at that Domino’s, but I will not order from there again.

We order Dominos pretty often and the last three times the pizzas have been very sloppy weird uneven cuts. We don’t normally make a fuss out of stuff but the second time made me mad beCause once again we couldn’t give out even slices of pizza. I said I would complain this time if they did it again. Well tonight we ordered again and the pizza was crazy perfect. Like unreal. The crust was just right. The taste was so good. Perfect even slices. It’s so good. Even toppings. All that. So I’m just saying shout out to tonight’s crew including the delivery guy. Pizza was fresh and on time. ❤️

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Our pizza is never cut completely. Everytime we order sauce we never get the correct quantity or the correct sauce. The pizza is never hot or warm and we live 6 mins away from the store.
We use to tip the drivers good when we place the order online but change to cash tipping for every reason I listed and for what many others are saying.
I will be ordering papa John’s from now.

I don’t know what in the dry hard pizza was going on tonight but I didn’t like the atmosphere. I order two medium pizza and pasta. My food was not made with love because it was too much arguing between the staff. Not all the staff but The manager may need a break off. You can’t be frustrated, speaking loud and being argumentative with your employer while making good. My pizza didn’t taste good at all.

Management yelling at staff, completely rude to customers. Threatening staff while complaining about her own personal issues. I’m honestly surprised the entire staff didn’t walk out on her. She kept telling them they were going to be fired soon. We were there to bring back an order that was delivered wrong to get it corrected and the manager blew up on not only us but her staff. Left a complaint with corporate, yes this is a corporate company and you can contact them. This manager needs to be replaced!!!!! I feel so bad for the staff being mistreated like that! Horrible to hear and see.

This is the 3rd time Shequona has majorly screwed up my order. Both pizzas were cold and weren’t cut properly. Parmasean bites and cinnamon bites were flattened somehow. Every single one of them. Chicken was cold. Only thing that was warm was the pepperoni bites.

The gentleman who was working this afternoon was busy, but maintained the most polite attitude and still managed to get our order out quickly. I was impressed and appreciative. I will be making this location our regular Domino’s. The cook today truly deserves recognition.

Ordered Pizza at 11:15 pm received. I was called at 12:30 am saying my Pizza had been cooked but not enough drivers and because I was paying cash, they didn’t send mine out So no Pizza and at work no dinner and no heads up . Receive notification pizza was being prepared ,baked ,quality check though.But I was told if I called back tomorrow.I might be credited with another item. Manager also said they only had one driver were short. So I give them the benefit of the doubt on that, but that’s no way to treat customers.
