Oh my god, what a find! This specific location of Fajita Pete’s rocks! We ordered beef/chicken fajita’s and shrimp/chicken fajita to go, as well as chicken fajita salad. I cannot say enough about their freshly made corn tortilla… I am not sure now how I can eat the store bought corn tortilla anymore. These tortillas are to die for!!! This a definite revisit, and every time I visit Dallas. Awesome service by Vincent and such a nice group of folks behind the counter and in the kitchen. Service like this makes your food taste better as well .

FP is our go-to for family gatherings and work meetings. We always order for delivery and it always gets here warm and on time. The chick fajitas are always great and the beef is the most consistent of any place we’ve tried for being flavorful and not chewy. Their tortillas are the best too – thin and toasty adding a nice compliment to the taste instead of the same ol’ flour tortilla.

Yuck!!! Fajita Pete’s – Carrollton was horrible. I got a combination platter with shrimp/beef , refried beans and rice (tortillas was provided) I paid $21.65 just to discard the water down beans, the shrimps and beef had no real flavor- I don’t know how to describe what I ate “ should have stayed hungry “. First thing first, this has to be one of the worst overall Mexican food experiences of my life . 5 people in the kitchen, I’m the only patron with an order of just 2 tacos w/ rice and beans, and I waited FAR too long (20 minutes). The presentation of the food, as you see pictured, is horrendous, and this was taken literally seconds after it was handed to me by the manager. The beans and rice are very run-of-the-mill and the salsa that comes with the chips is terrible. Oh and don’t let me forget, this is the first time in my life I’ve ever been served HOT salsa, as in the TEMPERATURE. It was as if they took it out of the microwave!!!
The only silver lining here is the actual beef fajita meat, and what a shame to have such quality meat paired with such sub par sides and condiments, even the tortillas, lettuce and tomato were well below average. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of here if you’re looking for a meal. If you just need a good beef fajita meat to make some homemade tacos, stop in but ask for the meat ONLY. Everything else is a 100% guaranteed disappointment.
Oh, and the place is really clean. Probably because no one ever goes there. I see why now.

I looked up reviews debating on this place and wing place next door. I thought I would give it a shot. The chips and salsa were a little different seemed some of chips were stale passed on eating them.
The guy who was up front named Damon I think was not nice gave the impression of am just here hate my job (robot).I asked a question on tortillas he didn’t really know. I initially stated to go then I saw they had more seating so I stated I would eat here instead and he rolled his eyes and gave an impression of annoyance.
I ordered the two tacos beef and chicken with rice and beans. The order didn’t take too long. Not impressed with the lettuce and cheese didn’t look fresh. The rice and beans were not bad and both fajita meats were good with the thin flour tortilla . In my opinion the guy needs customer skills or put in the back. I would give it another shot before I stop going .

Good Food, Good customer service. Shrimps weren’t fresh at all. Chicken was the best!! I gave three stars for bad Tomatoes, they were old, grilled Jalapeno was rotten, I can taste the rotten taste even after it was grilled.
Please make sure to use fresh vegetables each time every time. You cannot hide bad taste of vegetables no matter how you cook. Please be mindful of that. Thanks.
