I didn’t actually go to the Chocolate factory. I was at the Hartville Village tree lighting ceremony. It was very nice, with Santa giving rides on his tractor. Wagler BBQ was wonderful. I had a brisket sandwich and mac n cheese. . Lots to do with the whole family.

Love this place! Tons of cute chocolate for any occasion! Nice vintage candy and a variety of chocolates and other sweets! The woman working was an absolute delight who obviously loves what she does! In addition, they have chocolate molds and cookie cutters galore! Stop in, you’ll find something for everyone!!

Came in yesterday to get some chocolates, and they seem fine but the customer service was pretty poor. The one lady was pretty rude and acted like I was stupid when I asked a question that wasn’t directed towards her about the chocolates and treated me like I should be an expert in chocolates. Really dissapointed as I heard good things, will probably not return after this recent visit.

It’s kind of a must stop if you are already visiting the area. Maybe for the Heartville Flea Market or Heartville Hardware. You will be Happy with the quality of the chocolate and choices they make during the holiday seasons. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed… Will answer any questions you have about the chocolate selections.
