We ate breakfast here on Father’s Day and it was delicious. A nice restaurant run by the owner. Great cinnamon rolls and biscuits by a local baker. Fresh food. Reasonable prices.

Yummy home cookin’ with plenty of leftovers! Brandi does group pricing for catered dishes too… what! Community gem for sure. You can even pet Mr. Kitty the “town cat” if he likes ya. Great birthday lunch hitting memory lane with the green chili mac n cheese. I was stoked about the drink options too. Lots of local and small establishments represented at her bar. She said she’ll have some Elk chili for the season! I found a new favorite!

I stopped in Brandi’s Kitchen the other night looking to get some food and a drink and was i impressed! I was taken care of by the lovely bartender Amy and she tended to all of my needs even with specific modifications! You can tell she’s very passionate and knowledgeable towards her craft! I have about 3 years of experience with bartending and im very picky with my drinks. Upon my first drink of my perfectly balanced cocktail, I knew I was in great hands! I would highly recommend checking out Brandi’s Kitchen and ask for Amy if shes working! You will leave completely satisfied!

We were staying in Collbran for a few days and we went into town to grab a bite! Very chill and relaxing spot, nice to be there in the heart of Collbran. I love the small town vibes. They have a nice patio and inside area. We had a view of humming birds zooming in and out. Brandi was very kind and funny! She ran the whole place, taking our orders and preparing the food. The food was very tasty, everyone devoured their plates. As a vegetarian I was able to get an impossible burger with potatoes. The Mac and cheese is really good too! Great spot to check out if you come to visit ! Maybe one day we will come back!

We had just taken an out of town friend to see the Grand Mesa and also wanted to see Vega Lake. We stopped in the cute small town of Collbran for lunch. Brandi’s Kitchen welcomed us and our dog. It was a delightful experience. The food was really good. I had the best pulled pork sliders ever and my husband devoured his club slider. Our server was Brandi’s teenage daughter. She was an attentive, helpful and sweet young lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to going back!

A welcome addition to the Plateau Valley. The food is great and more variety than the local cafes. The smoked pork chops were thick and moist. Pulled pork sliders and big burrito also great. Please go there and keep them in business.

We loved the vibe and the food was delicious! Fresh ingredients with soul satisfying Brandi’s bacon jam. We sat on the patio with the hummingbirds it was so cool. Brandi served us and made our first experience in this town so memorable❤️

YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DON’T EAT HERE!! Came by from a family trip look for a lunch spot and were so lucky to have chosen Brandi’s to eat at. The atmosphere was sweet and very welcoming. Brandi was kind, funny and an AMAZING cook! Every meal we had was scrumptious and it was she puts great care into every part of the meal. Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese and the Big Ol Burrito. Prices were also so reasonable with plenty of food to take home with you. Would come love to back again just to try out more of her food. Thank you so much Brandi!!!
