Not a real Dunkin, has one self serve iced coffee and some donuts and the iced coffee self serve isn’t even 24hrs. we rely on google maps for accurate information when traveling and this is not a Dunkin and sucks quit lying to us on google maps

Stopped in this afternoon, there was no Dunkin Donuts to be found. I was a little disappointed. However, according to the Dunkin Donuts website, there is a Dunkin inside of the Pilot gas station across the street from the Shamrock gas station. Didn’t have a chance to verify that but I’m sure it’s probably one of those self service Dunkin kiosks. So go to the Pilot not the Shamrock as listed on Google maps.

Was looking for a staffed Dunkin Donuts. I don’t mind branded store inside of a travel center but this is self serve location with a large coffee carafe and not with a large inventory of food. Was looking for a hot sandwich. :/

Three stars because this is an “express” Dunkin’, so it’s just self-serve donuts in a case and regular coffee in carafes. That’s it. This is NOT a Dunkin’ restaurant with premium coffee and hot food items.

Please get rid of the Dunkin Express locations, or at least have them clearly named as such. I can’t count the number of times I’ve navigated to the nearest Dunkin and it’s a self serve counter in a gas station that isn’t being maintained.

This is a Dunkin Donuts retail display INSIDE giant Pilot Truck stop. Yes you can pick up a donut or two 24/7 but no coffee and sandwiches by Dunkin.
Try nearby, but check hours for, Buzz n Bagels or Horseshoe Donuts for more offerings like a real Dunkin Donuts.
ps – I gave 2 stars since I can often pick up a favorite powdered vanilla creme donut at the truck stop, 24/7
