My husband, our son and I enjoyed this place very much! We all ordered the number 9(Big Combo) with Squid Luau, and a side order of Poi and Mac Salad. Everything was delicious! Very nice and friendly service too. We’ll definitely be back 🙂

I discovered this little local gem last year and had to return on a recent Oahu trip. I got the laulau plate for the plane ride back to the mainland both times. I love everything it comes with: rice, laulau, pineapple, purple sweet potato, lomilomi salmon and the best haupia I’ve ever had. I had to buy extra haupia The haupia is thick and not too jello-y in texture. Will return on future trips back to the island!!! Mahalo for the Ono kine grindz

Broke da mouth Ono grinds. 2nd time we had lunch there today and it’s amazing. Alicia is awesome and great Customer Service. So many choices and everything is delicious. Jon serves up big portions and custom modifications are no problem. I had the Hawaiian combo plate with extra poi, huge amount of Kailua pig with chicken long rice, sweet potato, Haupia and pineapple and our Waipahu Store Manager had Squid Luau, Lomi Salmon, Kalua pig, smoke meat with onions and Hawaiian salt. So good we even recommended making an area after eating to sleep after our Kanak attack. Recommend for everyone garanz you won’t be disappointed. Great service great staff and definitely we will be returning whenever I am working in Waipahu. Don’t forget to buy some merchandise after your pau eating to help support them. We both couldn’t pass up their awesome shirts. Still full from lunch no need to eat dinner. Camille’s is the definition of No Ka Oi.

Me and my partner aren’t from the island, and on the East Coast of the US there is basically no authentic Hawaiian cuisine, so we decided to come here on our way back to Honolulu from Haleiwa. Great decision. We both got the big combo so we could sample many different dishes and they were all fantastic. The laulau (pork cooked in taro leaf) was the best pork I’ve had in recent memory. The squid luau was delicate and deliciously coconutty, with a copious sauce that I had to finish off with my rice. The servings are large and the staff are *so* friendly. Pretty much everything is made to order so it can take a little while, but the wait is so very worth it. The ambiance is nondescript – it’s commercial restaurant space with florescent lighting in a strip mall – but just know what you’re getting into and enjoy the food. I’d absolutely recommend the trip from Honolulu (or anywhere on the island) to eat here.

A total gem! We had a great time eating here. It was delicious and the people are super friendly. Felt like home. We ate everything off of our plate, while our 8 year old ate her entire hamburger. My husband and I enjoyed the Laulau, Kalua Pig, smoked meat, beef luau, poi, and took kalua pig nachos to go. 10000% recommend. It was our favorite restaurant on the island. Spent 8 days visiting and this by far was the best we restaurant found.

Was on Oahu for work and wanted to find a local restaurant away from the tourist traps, and Camille’s Hawaiian food was amazing. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and they helped me find a meal that I’d like. Bonus, they have live music some nights!

This is my first time pulling out my phone during a dinner to leave a review. This place was everything you could ask for. My husband and I are from Oregon and we wanted to find authentic food. This place did not disappoint. I wasn’t sure what to order as everything looked delicious on the menu. Kehau is an angel. She went above and beyond and made sure we were satisfied with our order.

3% credit card fee! Camille’s is going on my list for Hawaiian food places I enjoy! I saw Camille’s pop up as a new place as I was scrolling through local food places in the area. I went around 11am on a Monday. They have a sizeable dining space, but I was the only one there at the time, though a few people did order takeout. Parking was not an issue, as there were ample spaces.
I ordered the kalua pig plate ($16), which comes with two scoops rice, lomi salmon, a piece of Okinawan sweet potato, and a piece of haupia. Now, I am a bad local and not the biggest rice fan, so I subbed out my rice for extra potato and haupia. The kalua pig portion size is extremely generous and that alone made the price worth it. The kalua pig had great flavor and was juicy. It was on the salty side, and I do prefer having the smoky flavor, but it was delicious. My only critique is that I wish they served it with some type of green, like cabbage, to even out the saltiness. I get that the rice serves this purpose, but I would prefer a green. To curb the salt, I ended up ordering a small poi ($3), which did seem like it did spend some time in the fridge, since it wasn’t smooth. I haven’t been home in a hot second, so beggars aren’t choosers. I do think the amount of potato offered pales in comparison to the amount of meat, and I think a few more slices could be offered. The haupia was more gelatinous than I prefer, but it had nice coconut flavor.
I think Camille’s is definitely worth it for the price! Just remember to bring cash if you want to avoid the 3% credit card fee. The staff working there were also super friendly. I will be returning to Camille’s during my future trips back home to try their other offerings!

I stopped in for lunch today and had the mini Crack Chicken. Wow, it tasted great and even though they call it mini, it was plentiful. Camille’s is now a must stop place when I’m in Hawaii.
