My girlfriend and I had a lovely seafood dinner at the Catfish House. All the seafood was extremely fresh and delicious. The blackened combo is the way to go. And you have to finish with a slice of the key lime pie. Our waitress was excellent. We highly recommend the Catfish House for a taste of fresh Florida seafood done right.

Absolutely love the atmosphere the staff and the food . Everyone is very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back and try more stuff didn’t get to have desert I was so full and happy when I left though. So happy that I found this place. I have to say the Frog legs and the catfish oh man so yummy. Oh and be careful with the tartar sauce my husband almost ate half the bottle they put on the table. I must have missed a picture of the conch fritters doesn’t matter whatever you order will not disappoint. Thank you to all the staff at catfish house you made my day !!

After a long day of hiking in Johnathan Dickinson Park or spending a relaxing afternoon on Hobe Sound Beach, Catfish House is there to provide the perfect “icing on the cake”.
What a temping menu! Comfort food done right.
Started with the included fresh cool crisp salad.
Moved on to the wonderful crab soup. Not crabby but full of crab!
Then a crazy plate of steaming hot fried green tomatoes with yummy hush-puppys almost did us in.
Finally.. the Mississippi boneless fried catfish.
Wow! Flavorful and steaming hot. Not greasy at all. Our only regret, no room for desert.

Visited here with friends while in the area for an event and the experience was pleasant. Service was on point and the food didn’t disappoint with the exception of one of the side dishes. Download fall for me was the lack os spirits, it’s beer and wine only.

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 10 years.
The food has always been awesome!
We have had a chance to order most everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.
We have noticed the prices creeping up over the years but great seafood is seldom cheap.
The dining area is quaint and the bathrooms are outside and on the side of the building. (It is an old gas station after all)
The wait staff has always been patient and accommodating.
The portions are large and my wife and I always have enough food for supper the following night.
Everyone we have invited to dine with us agrees this is a great find.
I strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great off the beaten path dining experience.

Fried shrimp were good. A little over cooked, but still tasty. The fried green tomatoes and fried mushrooms were tasty. Service was great. We had a big party (14) and we had to be broken into two groups which was a bummer since it was a birthday dinner, but they tried their best to be accommodating. Will definitely return, but not with a large party.
