The food is fantastic and prices are very good for the quality. The pretty girl at the drive thru window absolutely MADE my customer service experience incredible- She absolutely deserves a raise & Tacos La Villa is lucky to have such great staff representing them. There is a little wait involved, but everything is made fresh, so it’s completely worth it. Will absolutely be back again soon.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it makes you not want to come back. Customer service is terrible, no one ever greets you upon entering and a few times you will be standing there awkwardly until someone notices your existence.

All of our tacos were delicious! Loved the green salsa they came with. And limes squeezed on top was perfect! Our chips were nice and crispy, and that salsa also had good flavor. We also got Agua Frescas, and enjoyed both of them; piña, and horchata.
Bathroom was located on the outside of the building, but was fairly clean.

I’d highly recommend to never set foot in this place if you care about your health! I came here yesterday and found that the meat in my tacos was rancid like they had went to the back of the freezer and grabbed meat that was labeled 10+ years old:

During the day I really like this place but tonight the service was unacceptable. There was a 30-minute wait in the Drive-Thru on a Sunday and against my better judgment I didn’t back out. I had to clarify for the girl in the Drive-Thru that I wanted Pico and extra cheese in my quesadilla and I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be made right. Needless to say my quesadilla had half the meat it normally does most of the quesadilla had no meat and there was definitely not any of the cheese I paid for and not a speck of Pico de gallo. The refried beans were whole, not even made right. Then we opened my partner’s burrito supreme and it was literally drenched in sour cream past an appetizing point. And of course no manager at night. It was literally unacceptable and it tasted really subpar compared to normal. It’s really upsetting to not be able to count on the quality of places based on the time of day.

I can always count on the asada! Corn tortillas are always fresh. But I tried the new tamales and one was light and dry.. the other was mushy.

The drive thru exist for convenience and presumably speed. This should not come at the expense of accuracy. The past three times I have gone here I have seen the staff overwhelmed with amount of cars at the drive through. I have gotten the wrong order several times. I have gotten the wrong meat and today I got asada quesadillas with no meat on it. I paid $11 for cheese and tortilla.
