I added the motz to the burger didn’t finish so dry even after I added mozzarella sauce.
We ordered from the drive-thru and no line. We were pleasantly surprised.
I decided to try the brisket smokehouse without the bun (I eat gluten-free). I have done it on their French dips regularly and haven’t had any problems. , was I disappointed. They put it in the microwave. Why??? It made it greasy. The cheese is greasy, and the onion rings are soggy and greasy. It had 2 small pieces of brisket in the box. That for almost $10.00 alone.
We only live a few miles from town, so by the time we arrived home, hubby had still warm food, and I had a greasy, nuked mess.
I did not eat it. I gave the meat to my dog.
I am glad I had leftovers in the fridge.
Service got hit because of the wrong size of drink, and the server was not at all pleasant after pointing it out to him. Husband loves his Arby’s, I will get my food some place else from now on.
What a shame!
My only complaints are: 1) there was a puddle under the AC vent where somebody could slip and fall, but no wet floor sign. 2) The radio station they had playing was the gospel station “Praise 104”. I liked the music, even though I’m not religious. But the sermons were a bit much. Even my Christian family member was weirded out (I guess this was a different denomination or interpretation of the Bible than she’s used to). I mean, it didn’t ruin Arby’s for us or anything, but just something to note.
June 1st 2023 I ordered a number 4 Roast Beef. I eat the fries and then it was my last bite of the the sandwich it was something hard against my teeth I spit it out instead of swallowing good thing there was an earring.
I showed a girl by the register she said ew I don’t want to touch it then another guy took it to the back showed someone came back to me said sorry asked if I want another sandwhich. I said rather have my money back.
Before I gave this place 5 stars, drive thru was fast, enjoyed the food. Now grossed out by my last order.
I was a bit taken aback when I walked in and heard preaching and gospel music playing through the restaurant speakers.
I am one who thinks public places should be for everyone to enjoy, not to endure.
Very clean dining room. Food was delicious. It took a little while to get it, but overall I recommend this Arby’s for it’s positive vibes and well prepared food. Worth the wait.
