Rude employee (she)at the drive thru window wed morning 8:30ish. As an everyday customer would have been nice to not have such. Ugly start to my morning !! This Starbucks needs to do better at hiring more friendly staff who actually care about the customer, especially the everyday customers ! Did not like my experience at all. I go to all the Starbucks in the area ! This is the only one with attitude issues with there employees!!! Usually customer satisfaction goes a long way!!! Shame I won’t be going to this location ever !

This was honestly one of the most disrespectful drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. An employee named Jeremy was extremely rude to me and my friends for no reason.
We pulled up laughing about a joke (we’re teenagers, and I get how it could’ve looked like we were laughing at him, but we weren’t), and he immediately had an attitude and told us to pull forward. When we got to the window, instead of just doing his job, he started mocking us for ordering the MrBeast drinks, making comments like “are you Beasties?” and basically making fun of us the whole time like it was funny.
He also loudly talked to other employees about how we “didn’t have our money ready,” even though we DID have money and the Starbucks app was literally glitching. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional.
The part that makes me the most upset is that we were still paying customers. We came there to spend our money like anyone else, and we deserved basic respect — not to be laughed at, judged, and treated like a joke.
This completely ruined my experience and I won’t be coming back to this location if that’s how customers are going to be treated.

The staff here is phenomenal. They always have a smiling face and make it a point to say good morning to me even though I do an online order.

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable place to get work done or just relax. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient – always going out of their way to make customers feel welcome. I work here all the time and it’s become one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!
