First time at a drive-thru-only Starbucks, and it was great! The young employees were super friendly. Lately, my Venti drinks haven’t been filled to the lid at other locations, but this one got it right—perfect coffee that fixed my morning and made my day. Thank you

I have been coming to this location for some time. I pretty much order the same drink all the time. It’s nothing fancy or complicated. What I don’t understand is how there is SO much inconsistency when making this drink. During one of my visits, I spoke to one of the workers in drive through and she made a suggestion on how to order my drink. I have done that thinking it would be better. Nope! Really disappointed again. Also, when a customer purchases a drink, we expect to have a full drink at that, not something that is 3/4 full or half full. This isn’t the time where it’s been inconsistent. Yes, I’ve made a call regarding my drink in the past but I don’t always when they aren’t right. I do drink it sometimes grudgingly as these drinks are expensive. I have stopped (when I have time) at other locations to have remade. Which honestly shouldn’t happen in the first place.
The pictures are from this morning’s order. I ordered the venti chai tea latte hot w/1extra shot of chai and light water. Again, inconsistency with the drinks.

Big sigh when I ordered my 1 drink. Nothing crazy, a drink advertised on their menu, nothing extra. Acted annoyed that I ordered it. Not the attitude I like when I’m just trying to get on with my day and cherry on top drink was made wrong.

So first off I would like to say that there is a gentleman who worked there who is just amazing and he was great. But I ordered of vanilla latte and a chocolate croissant for my wife and then a cake pop for my daughter and I was under the weather so I ordered myself a sugar cookie frappe with almond milk. The first three things came The Latte was wrong but that’s a different story and the worst part was I stood there they saw me standing there one person asked me if I was waiting for a drink and I said yes and then they did nothing people came in and got their drinks and I’m still standing there and then the lady who’s staring at me half the time and did nothing said oh there’s your drink and it was way over in the Drive-Thru and nobody had even noticed that had been sitting there and I’ve been waiting and waiting and I said hey I’m a little annoyed that I had to wait here this whole time and nobody said anything to me really and they pretty much walked away didn’t acknowledge me the gentleman apologized but nobody else gave a rats butt and I don’t ever want to go to this location ever again and this is the first time I’d ever been to this location because it’s on my way home from work and this is the worst experience I have ever had in a Starbucks in my entire life nobody gave a crap I just wanted to be acknowledged and my drink was made fine but at the end of the day I felt ignored and treated like crap. And I left very upset and it’s bad enough to assist location doesn’t seem to have seen any it just seems to be a drive-thru and a pickup but that’s okay I don’t care I wasn’t there to sit and hang out but being completely written off and nobody even doing anything for me seems pretty rude and terrible customer service I’ve spent my whole life in customer service and I would never have treated anybody like that especially if they had a legitimate complaint

Location is cozy and neat. Although not a lot of seating, you can be amongst the community with the big tables available. They make the seating work and the staff are accommodating. The local community loves this location. They have pioneered programs (I’ve never seen such in any other location) That’s amazing and upright in itself. I’m coming back

Gf went here to order her usual(oat milk cartado w/brown sugar) and explained to the employees that she has a severe dairy allergy and wanted to be careful of any cross contamination. Well low and behold it seems that they did not care to take any precautions or attention to her drink. They ended up giving her a cortado w/milk instead of oat milk and she ended up having an allergic reaction in less than a minute. I went to the store after finding out this news to speak with who may be the manager in charge during that time. At first they were caring and apologizing and even gave me a phone number to call since the manager wasn’t there and even said their manager would call me the next day. It has now been 3 days with no phone calls, no care in the world and as I tried reaching out with the phone number I was given, I find out they gave me a hyvee customer service number instead.. I am disappointed in the professionalism at this location and wish they would make things better and take more care into peoples allergens as they can end up being sent to the hospital over it and would like to live in comfort knowing their order and directions to be taken with up most severity.

My understanding is this is the new NYC store design. This is in Lakeville. The outdoor seating is gone so it looks abandoned. For all of us older folks wanting to stop in, it looks closed but if you pull on the door, they are indeed open. There is no menu, no seating and no bathroom. This minimalist nonsense has gone too far, good luck. My money and I won’t be back.

Used to stop here in the past on the way to church, but it’s now been converted to essentially a kiosk location. No bathrooms, no patio, no seating inside. They should indicate that on the app. Will likely avoid it in the future and choose full cafés.

There are no tables, no bathrooms, etc. inside.
This wasn’t posted online anywhere or shown anywhere until you walk in/drive up. Bummer they don’t label this a mobile pick up store. I would’ve gone to the other Starbucks nearby because I needed to work for an hour between meetings.
