No more delivery drivers, so freaky fast is 45 minutes through Uber eats, this includes explaining your location to the driver who was extremely lost.

I placed an order over the phone, they didn’t ask my name so when I picked up they were ” confused” my biggest complaint is the gargantuan sub sandwich ( I ordered the 16 ‘) is supposed to come with SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, TURKEY, ROAST BEEF, HAM & PROVOLONE onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil ( this is from their website) I have no onion, very little tomato and lettuce, so much mayo that when I take a bite the mayo squirts out everywhere. I’m sad to say I miss the lettuce and tomato. See attached picture

Would not recommend coming here every time I come here they forget something. I sat at the window for about 15 minutes before they took my order. Pretty sure they overcharged me got two combos regular size. They charged me 30 and then forgot to add the two kicking ranches I added, would not recommend it

The food here is great, but the delivery is an absolute joke and management clearly does not care. This is the sixth time my order has been delivered to the business across the street instead of my house, despite clear delivery instructions that describe my home and state that it is a house.
I tip well and have repeatedly spoken with the manager, who assures me it “won’t happen again,” yet nothing changes and the same mistake keeps happening. Every time this happens, the manager confirms my address and delivery notes are correct, and sure enough the order still ends up at the auto body shop across the street.
That shop looks nothing like a house, so there is no excuse for confusing the two, especially when the notes spell it out. At this point it is obvious that management has done nothing to fix the problem or train the delivery staff.
If the drivers cannot tell the difference between a home and a business or use a basic maps app, they should not be delivering food, period.

First and last time I’m coming to Jimmy John’s. Bought three sandwiches they mixed them up after I ordered them separate. When I came back in to make it right all the manager said was “would you like some tomatoes?” I was very kind and courteous but the response I got was not the same. The Sandwich in picture is a turkey tom. Do yourself a favor and skip this Jimmy John’s. Also, eagerly waiting for the response saying ‘We’re sorry for your experience at Jimmy John’s” yada yada yada

Sat at the drive thru window for a good 10-15 minutes. Several employees saw me, but nobody approached. Finally an employee returned from a delivery and approached me, asked if I had an order, then handed me my order that was already ready. Why aren’t the other employees working? (This happens pretty consistently). Then I get home, and I am missing two bags of chips with my order. I really don’t like paying $20 for cold fast food sandwiches to then have $4 of it missing.
