This is one of the cleanest DQ’s I have been in a while. The staff was polite and friendly. I had their fish sandwich, and it was excellent. The filter was crisp and hot. And the chocolate milk shake was also very good.

Stopped by for a couple of hot fudge sundaes!
After waiting 15 minutes, they handed me the cup with barley a drizzle of fudge on them and said they could get more out of the back.
Totally unacceptable. Place wasn’t clean either.
Avoid the Claston DQ!
Management was having trouble returning my money. He FINALLY got close, so it turned out I actually paid them to pass me off.

Here visiting and it took me 10 mins on a dirt road to even get to the main road and I didn’t know what I wanted . I went in and Emily was beyond nice her customer service was awesome. I would definitely go back . The food was hot and fresh and the Lobby was clean. Thanks again Emily you made my experience A-1.

Please be aware when you make a mobile order at this location and it’s the facility. I placed an order at this location (I do not live near this location) by mistake. I called to let them know that information and to get a refund and was told by the person that answered the phone(name unknown) that once they make the food they do no give refunds and I let her know that I do not stay in Claxton to pick up the food and she told me “she wasn’t the one who placed the order at the wrong location and that it was the owners policy to not give refunds.” I asked how can you make an order for someone who doesn’t live near that location and then charge them for food they can not pick up? She said it was the owner’s policy and I asked who can I contact to get a refund she said “honestly, it is an independently own restaurant” so If you choose this facility by mistake on a mobile order and want to cancel they will not refund you. I contacted Corporate to let them know the situation and they forwarded my information to someone in their department as well as to the franchise owner. (will update if I receive a refund)

Tried to place order for $7.00 meal deal, but was told manager cut off that deal at 4:00 pm. when advertisement had no posted time restriction. I only purchased overpriced Blizzard for wife. I do not reccomend anyone patronizing this facility. I would give zero stars if possble.

First off, we walk in and the coldness hits us like a freight train. We tell them our order and go to sit down. I literally broke my butt sitting down. We get our food and start to eat. I pick up a chicken strip and there was a hair on my chicken. Two minutes later, there was a spider on my table. So we just left and ate in the car. But. Food was amazing. Keep up the good work.

The food and overall service is good, but the fountain drink machine needs repair. It has been a problem for awhile. All you get is excuses on why it isn’t fixed. I don’t know if it is a vendor problem or a management problem, but it should have been fixed or replaced by now.
