All of the employees are not ready for customers and they talk themselvesfront of customes in Spanish. Services are so bad . I am so regretted to come to this store again. please don’t come to this store if you want to receive good service. The employees also laugh and talk too loud even if they have customers. And lastly the women’s bathroom was not available. I realized why there was no customers during dinner time.

Not worth spending $40+ on a dinner for two. They forget half the items in your order, and your meal looks like vomit. Order crispy tacos and you end up with flaccid broken pieces. You won’t be provided napkins or utensils. There is no quality control or accuracy for the order. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

I am immensely frustrated with this Chipotle and their terrible employees and service. When I went in today, I was utterly shocked when a middle aged black haired lady put her hands in my face and started snapping at me to get my attention, even though I was already looking at her and moving up to pay. No one deserves to be treated like that. This is ridiculous and I definitely won’t be returning as it is absurd to get treated this way as a kind, paying customer. I’ve left a review before and the link they give to reach out to the company doesn’t even work, however I thought I’d let people know so they can avoid this Chipotle because that behavior from employees is plain rude. Below is a photo of the lady, taken by another reviewer who also was poorly treated by her. Greatly disappointed.

I’m a regular Chipotle customer—every other week without fail—and I’ve always loved the food. But tonight at 5747 Burke Center Pkwy Burke VA 22015 completely soured the brand for me.
Last visit I politely mentioned the rice portion was skimpy. The employee snapped, “Open your box and show me next time.” Zero apology, just attitude. I let it slide.
Tonight I came back. Same guy remembered me and immediately demanded I open the box to “prove” the portion before he’d even finish assembly. Felt like I was being interrogated over a $12 bowl.
Then I asked for the usual side of mild salsa and vinaigrette. The manager jumps in: “Those aren’t free anymore—60¢ each starting now.” I asked when the policy changed; he shrugged and said “it’s been like this for a while.” I’ve been ordering the exact same sides for years at this location with zero charge. No signage, no warning, just a surprise fee tacked on.
Between the confrontational “open your box” routine and the unannounced nickel-and-diming, the whole interaction felt hostile. I paid the extra $1.20 just to get out of there, but I won’t be back to this store. Chipotle corporate, please train your staff on basic courtesy and communicate policy changes before springing them on loyal customers.

Amazing food as usual. Some places you go you will need to order your food while your there. Doing online ordering will yield disappointment in the serving size. You’ll spend more time having them correcting it than standing on line and ordering. Other than that, amazing.

I came here Friday 11-26 to get a bowl at 9pm. When I got there it took forever for them to get to me and the young ppl were at the counter playing games and doing wild stuff.. not professional. Once I got to the counter to the check out the cashier a young Spanish girl with red hair had such an attitude it was insane! In addition, in the middle of checking me out she stopped to say hi to one of the other workers kids that was there.. it seemed like a circus. When I came home
I was disappointed they charged me for guac but don’t pit it in the bag and it was apparent the older lady in the line was upset.

This location may not be the best and the lines may be a little long but it still serves DELICIOUS food. I see a lot of reviews complaining about portion size of their food so I’m going to let you in on a little secret to getting your bowls as big as mine. PATIENCE & KINDESS. Be courteous to your Chipotle workers. They are already under a lot of stress and workload especially during this pandemic. Trust me the workers notice this. I’ve been kind to the workers and they always give me extra amount of food. ♥

By far the worst chipotle in the northern VA area, extremely stingy on portions, even when you pay extra. Unfriendly staff who clearly dislike their jobs and make the customer feel it. Take your business elsewhere.

The chicken was gristly and undercooked, way over seasoned, the kids fruit was a tiny dried clementine, and everything tasted pretty bad.
I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me with chipotle. I used to get it every week years ago, but the quality has cratered.
