Editing previous review because the last two times I have ordered a vegan bowl it has come with feta cheese on it. I just called the store to see if possibly they recently got a vegan feta cheese, they said no. The lady who answered asked me if I had selected “no feta”, I replied no, because I ordered the vegan version, she told me that “the cooks only see your modifications so if you didn’t specify “no feta” they will put that on. I told her that under the “vegan kale and quinoa salad” there is not even a feta option. I asked when they see “vegan” they don’t know that feta is dairy and not supposed to be in there and she said no, the cooks don’t know all of those differences. So that’s not great to hear. She did not say anything about making my order correct, just acted like I should have specified something that is not even an option to do. I am including pics of the online ordering screen and my salad. Then my co-worker just came over and showed me that there was a bone in his buffalo chicken wrap. Would have been nice if she even offered to try and make my order correct. **OLDER REVIEW BELOW: The vegan options are great here and my food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is also excellent, I had an order slightly messed up and when I sent a note online someone from their offices came and dropped off the correct order to me within an hour. Thank you so much!

The food was really good, but me and my husband have sensitivity to chemicals in the employee wearing a green shirt. He had blonde red hair kept hitting his vape. We thought this was pretty inappropriate because we could smell it throughout the store.

By far the most unsanitary and unprofessional establishment in Rock Hill. I feel disrespected and unwanted as a frequent customer. This particular building will not longer get my money and tips. Also spent 20mins on hold with no response probably hoping I was just going to hang up instead of correcting the errors that were made during my unsatisfactory visit. I don’t want anything in return just better service and food handling skills.

I eat here on a daily basis, the food is awesome and the people are even better, especially Bethany and Peyton. If you ever have an issue they will take care of it instantly. You can really tell they care about their customers!

Excellent food prepared with care. My wrap made with plant based chicken was awesome. My wife’s fajita bowl was yummy and her side of steamed broccoli was perfectly crisp and delicious. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Online ordering was quick and easy. Excellent value too.

We have always liked Crazy Bowls and Wraps. The service at this location is actually much better than at their Sunset Hills location. They keep the dining room clean and they’re pretty fast. The bathroom sometimes is a little messy. I love two of their teas, but it seems like the choices are a bit more limited now. Our biggest complaint is their prices have increased by a noticeable amount, and their portions are much smaller than they used to be. The wraps have lost at least a third of their size, and their rice crispy treats are like half the size they were just years ago. This seems to be a trend at a lot of restaurants, and consumers are going to eventually notice. I like their condiments, but do miss the sesame seeds. They did away with those years ago. We will still occasionally visit, but we have a few other restaurants with slightly lower prices and larger portions.

I go to WashU (also STL local) so I was excited to try some fresh new food off campus for once. I got the chicken and salmon bowl. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had such dry meat, the veggies were stiff, and the portioning was so small for $15. You might not be able to tell from the pic but salmon does not look like that / should not be that dry. Not fresh at all. Take this recent review as a warning to go elsewhere.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but lately the service has gone downhill. You’re paying around $14 for a bowl, and now they barely put any rice in it—it’s honestly ridiculous. It used to be a good place where you got your money’s worth, but not anymore. I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership or what changed, but it’s definitely not the same. Really disappointing to see a place that once had great value and quality take such a turn.
