I normally really like Chipotle for a quick and affordable lunch or dinner, but this location needs work. I ordered a veggie bowl online for pick up, and it was barely full and had too much salsa. Plus, they had long lines to order food, so that may contribute to why orders are not being made correctly. Hopefully, they can do better.

Long time Chipotle customer here. I’ve ordered in person through app and through DoorDash multiple times here and have had more disappointing experiences here than any single other location.
DO NOT COME HERE DURING WEEKDAY LUNCHTIME EVER. This location consistently has horrible lines and atrociously bad wait times for online orders. It’s incredible to see a location be this consistent at being this bad.
My alternative recommendation is the Qdoba location at wells and van Buren. Never a bad wait there there.

Pretty disappointing experience overall. I ordered a salad bowl and they were almost out of half the ingredients I selected for my online pickup order so my portion was really small. I actually walked in for my pick up order five minutes early because the app said my order was ready but turns out it hadn’t been started. Since she was in a rush I got to watch the employee nicely fold my first tortilla and then smash the second into the tin foil to be faster I guess. Then a manager scolded her in front of me and another customer because she was supposed to fill a different order first not mine. I wish they had just told me the app notified me early and it would be a few more minutes instead of giving me such a sad meal. That would’ve been fine. Every time I order chipotle I remember why I only go like once a year max.

They gaslighted me saying I got guac when I didn’t… and were super rude about it. I opened the bowl after I paid to show them and it had no quac like I said and the one girl who claimed I got it wouldn’t even look at me and another just said “oh ok”…? Didn’t even offer me the quac I paid for, a refund, or even a sorry after. So I wouldn’t come back here, as it left a bad taste. It wasn’t about the money, but about being accused.

I stopped eating chipotle for the longest time today i decided to back to give one final shot. Paid $13 for the brisket bowl and they gave me the brisket in a guac cup. since when 2 oz meat is standard portion what a joke.

I have had consistently disappointing experience every time I have bought from this chipotle. The lady who wraps my burritos does a poor job, it feels like only my orders are handled this way. I am not sure if this happens to all customers, but it’s been enough to make me not want to return to this chipotle place.

I work around the corner and go here weekly. Be aware that service is mediocre and they are constantly out of ingredients. If you arrive after 12:00pm, it’s a 50/50 chance that they won’t have one of your desired selections.
