Stopped in while traveling. We were greeted promptly. Pizza order was filled within 10 to 15 minutes and was really good. My only disappointment was that the dining area was closed. Really miss the dine-in Pizza Hut! Sad to see so many closing.

I picked up my food on November 22, 2025. I ordered a cheese-crust meat lover with extra cheese and a one-topping pepperoni pizza. I got home, and it was a large 2-topping and a large 1-topping with sausage. I called back, and a man told me he put the credit in and to call when I need the same pizza made again for me and to tell them my order number 119163659. They will make the pizza again. I was ok and said thanks. I will call you when I want those pizzas remade and give the order number. So when I called today and spoke with Justin, he said he can’t find the credit. So I asked to speak to the manager. He said she is at home and her kids are sleeping. I understand, maybe her kids are asleep at 6:15 pm. Then I asked who could I talk to? I asked is there a district manager to call? He said her name is Arlisha. I said who is the manager’s name. So I can call tomorrow. He said he can’t give me her name. I am very disappointed because when he said he has a store to run and can’t make things happen to benefit me. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I just wanted Pizza Hut to honour what they said to me. Then he said he doesn’t know which manager will call me. So I feel very disrespected, and this was a horrible experience. I don’t know who the manager is but this was one of the worst experience I have had at pizza hut. Justin, Alisha and Store manager we have to be better. Never make a customer feel like their money or getting great customer service is a NO, NO at your location. Again, I am very disappointed as a long-time customer. So be happy Justin. My kids are up and hungry, and you let us all down with that poor customer service.

Traditional Cajun dry rub are my wings if choice – this time they contained a lot of fat and we’re overall poor quality.
I’m taken back while waiting for my carryout order to see that after so long having the dining area and inside dining closed – your attempt to make it open to the public is a self serve option. Signs are posted in poor taste informing patrons you have no ice to offer with drinks. Your buffet/salad area has become a station for paper plates and napkins, and you are literally taking customer service and satisfaction out of the equation. This is carryout service with no more than the option to sit down in the building rather than take it out. If you don’t have the staff or the means to cater to indoor dining … why even do this at all? You have a nicely remodeled indoor facility and it is cluttered up with stacks of paper plates, napkins, plastic ware, and scattered red pepper and parm packets …
Your ‘self service’ attempt screams that you do not intend to provide service for indoor dining or care to serve at all.

Don’t order unless you call in person to see if they have delivery drivers. If not it’ll take an hour and 20 minutes for doordash to show up and you’ll get cold food

My driver went above and beyond for me. When I placed my order I had another address listed for delivery and not my address. She called me when she arrived with my order because no one answered the door. I informed her that she was at my friends house and how sorry I was for causing a mix up. She then asked me what my address was and said she was heading my way. When she arrived she stated how she forgot my 2 liter and was going back to grab it. She was absolutely amazing and I greatly appreciated her because she didn’t have to do anymore than deliver the pizza. I wanted to give her an increase tip but that wasn’t possible since I order online and paid with my card. I did speak with the manager on duty and he was so helpful in trying to help me. Pizza Hut staff provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you so much. My girls and I loved the pizza as we always do.

I ordered a pizza last night online, and never received my delivery. My card was charged, order confirmed, and the order tracker has remained at “we’re making your order” since. I’ve called multiple times between last night and this morning. The manager will not pick up the phone, every-time I’m transferred to the manger line it rings and rings and takes me back to the automated system to repeat the process all over again. I just want to make sure I’m refunded, but no one will pick up the phone. Completely unacceptable.

My delivery driver is what made the experience. She made me smile form the second she walked up to my door and because of her i want to order again asap because she deserves more tips! She had me in such a pleasant mood, the food tasted even better than was expected :). Food was also good was surprised because my order was ready so much quicker than I was expecting so I was concerned it would be under cooked and it was great!

We made an online order this evening around 6:15 and was quoted about an hour for delivery, which Is about normal these days. Over two hours later still no delivery and after calling up to the store was told that my food has just been sitting around at the store. They offered to remake it and provide a store credit but I would have had to wait even longer for a delivery driver. Refund takes 7-10 business days…
