The joy I’m feeling as I type this review is indescribable. FINALLY, I have found a PROPER Jamaican restaurant with PROPER JERK food and for a reasonable price. The chef is in the back GRILLINGGGGG that meat- oxtail, chicken, goat meat, beef ribs. Meat, that I as a Jamaican, never imagined could be jerked, they jerk and it’s delicious. The flavors and the tender meat- just wow. SB: If you dont like sauce, just be sure to ask for some on the side because they automatically put it on there.
This is literally a gem in for the state of NJ for sure. I’m telling ya’ll, I have been to MANYYYYY restaurants and the jerk is always baked. People are out here eating baked chicken, calling it jerk and NO THANKS. If you want real, authentic, Jamaican jerk, this is the place to go. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I wish I had pictures to attach but, it’s gone, finished, and eaten lol

My first time at R’SZN! The customer service was PHENOMENAL. Ms. Kay handled us at checkout with the most vibrant energy.
I love how they have ale-carte menu selections.
Ordered the jerked salmon with rice and peas. I also ordered the Rasta pasta, jerked chicken, with a side a plantains. This is by far some of THE BEST carribean food in NJ. Absolutely a 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found this place on UberEats. I will say delivery during dinner hours was pretty efficient only took 30 mins. I ordered the jerk ribs with rasta pasta. I highly recommend the jerk ribs they were very flavorful with a smokey and sweet taste to them. Definitely taste straight off the grill and I love that they aren’t huge slaps of meat. They are thin but satisfying and pack in the flavor in every bite. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the rasta pasta it was very dry no cream sauce was on them like I am used to. The taste was ok I believe if there was sauce it would have been better. It tasted like pasta and peppers no jerk seasoning. Or even some extra sauce from the ribs poured on top is all what was needed. I would reorder and opt for the rice and peas instead.

This was the first time I was there. Got 2 Jerk Chicken rice and peas with a side of Rasta Pasta. Wifee took the first bite and told me to save this place on my phone. That was the best Jerk Chicken we’ve tasted since living in Jersey. The Jerk was actually prepped outdoors on a real grill, the taste was finger licking GOOD. Onika in front was extremely pleasant and friendly. I’m going to spread the word and will be definitely be going back.

R Szn was a great experience. The food was really good, well seasoned and full of flavor. Customer service was on point too. Onika at the register was very pleasant, kept me updated on my order and even looked out with extra sauce. I’m from NYC, so I appreciate good food and good service and this place definitely delivered. I’ll be back for sure.

I’m so glad I found R’SZN Caribbean Jerk Center. The jerk chicken was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—tender, full of flavor, and that perfect smoky heat. You can tell they put heart into their food. The service was warm and welcoming too. Definitely a new favorite for me!

Ordered through Uber Eats. I got the jerk chicken (large) w a side of rice and peas and I also got the oxtail with Rasta pasta. The rice was kinda dry for my liking. The jerk had good flavor and good smoke but I don’t like bbq sauce added to make it sweet. The oxtail was good flavor also, but too sweet for my liking. The Rasta pasta was really good, good spice and flavor all around. I would order back, but the sweet bbq sauce ruined it for me.

The best jerk around — definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The wait can be long on some days, and it’s a little pricey, but we usually use our points and get $10 off almost every visit, which helps. They also tend to run out of certain meats at times, which isn’t ideal. Still, the quality makes it worth it.

I’ve slept on this place and now I’m sad that when I leave New Jersey I won’t be able to have it anymore. Today was my 1st time going even though I follow their IG page. Wow…..the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the jerk chicken and beef ribs with a side of rasta pasta. The seasoning was on point as well as the taste. Sauce is optional but I feel as though it takes away from the true flavor. 10-10 this place is a gem.
