I haven’t been back to this restaurant since the ownership changed. The restaurant wasn’t that crowded which surprised me because it is still a great place to grab a yummy burger, pizza, or appetizer. There are tons of tv’s to watch your favorite sports event too. Our food was really good and the service was great.

Average food, service was slow given that most tables were clear. We were seated quickly and then only saw our server twice more. We had to track them down to pay the bill. Prices were in line with inflation but not necessarily quality or quantity of ordered food.

Came here again. And unfortunately the experience was a bit degraded since the previous one. Came with a friend for an afternoon lunch. Got a couple of burgers that were good, but not great. The burger was well made up, cooked to the right temperature, but the hamburger meat itself just was not that flavorful.
Also, the initial service was good, but then our server was MIA during the latter part of the meal. After we got the check, never even stopped back to collect the signed bill. I am hoping that this downward trend is not going to continue.

The food was the usual, quick, hot, and cooked to the right temperature (medium rare please). I skipped the fries and got a side salad (which unfortunately looked/tasted a bit lifeless )
My friend got the big pretzel with extra cheese. That was also very good.
Want a good burger? This is the place.

A nice spot where we didn’t have to wait for a table. However the service was pretty slow (maybe understaffed). The food was average, and for such a large menu, there were very little options for a vegetarian. I would be fine not going back. The thin crust pizza was pretty good if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Now that the days are getting warmer- they have outdoor seating.
Inside is welcoming. Very clean. Laid out nicely.
Many options in the menu besides burgers. We both ordered bacon Cheeseburgers. They offer up 2 choices of fries.
The burgers were huge. Fresh and made to perfection. Everything was perfect. The person who waited on us did a great job for us. Rough us out beverages right away and the food came up pretty fast even tho the place was pretty busy.
I met the owner. Very nice lady. This is a privately owned establishment.
Love supporting local places.
There is more than one of these places. I think she said there are two others? But they are all privately owned.
Great place to take your family, friends or kids to. They have plenty of tv’s if u want to watch a game. They also have music videos playing in some of the tv’s.
Great atmosphere.
Very well maintained/clean.

Great food , but they make you walk up to the bar , then you have to wait on them to get their attention, they tell you to sit anywhere you want, then whenever you sit down to wait , they take an extremely long amount of time , they never even acknowledge you. The Last time I was there the service was just like that. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted to drink, and I sat there for like, 10 minutes and just left.Don’t ever come here if you want speedy service

The pizza we had was very good and the crust was nice and thin and the price was reasonable for a 16 inch pizza,the staff were friendly and it was very clean along with the bathrooms. We plan on going back again to try their burgers.

Been going here for over 2 years. Erin is awesome! The issue is when the owner let Kelly take over management! She is quite pathetic! Every time she is there I hear her berate and argue with her employees. I stopped by tonight, 1st time in 2 months to see if the owner made any changes cause my last visit was atrocious! Nope, Kelly is still running things! Pathetic! So. My visit 2 months ago…. I went in. Normal bartender called in sick. So Kelly had a brand new bartender run the restaurant along with a very “sweet” 17 yo server. They got slammed!!!!! I watched groups of 3-8 walk out because the servers couldn’t keep up. They did call Kelly to ask for help…. Her reply was …. Sorry, I’m playing bingo and told them to deal with it! I’ve served/bartended…managed restaurants for years! How she is still running Badger in Oconomowoc is beyond me. The owner needs to do better…. Needs better! As long as Kelly is still there, I’ll never be back…. And all reading this, you shouldn’t either!

This was our 1st visit and will definitely be returning. Our server was Aaron. He did an awesome job describing the burgers and appetizers and drinks available. My husband ordered a 22 oz. Stein of Riverwest,my daughter had a diet Coke and I had the House Bloodymary with a Miller lite chaser. We decided against appetizers after we saw the size of the burgers being delivered to another table! We settled for the Members Mark burger with chive fries,a cheeseburger with steak fries and Badger burger with steak fries and a slice of cheesecake! When Aaron asked how we wanted our burgers done,normally we order our meats medium rare,Aaron suggested medium if we wanted them pink all the way through. They came our perfectly cooked and very tasty! Our service was great and the food was all delicious. The restaurant is open to the bar area and had a good mix of aged customers dining in groups as well as a couple single people dining alone. There was an awesome mix of music playing as background music! I highly recommend this restaurant.
