This restaurant is light years ahead of other standalone Asian cuisine restaurants in the Sun Prairie/East Side area. The quality of the ingredients is simply on a different level, boosted flavor, less oil and grease, crispier and fresher vegetables. Portion sizes are generous for modest prices – definitely worth trying. Employees have always been friendly.

If you want some legit Cantonese Chinese food this is definitely the place to go anywhere near Madison, the braised pork rice is just out of the ballpark delicious, the pork is very juicy and not dry include some veggies for some daily green intake. And the owner is always friendly with a smile, very sincere guy. My go to spot for sure.

Stopped to get takeout for lunch during a long road trip. The beef chow fun (kuay teow) was exceptional with great balance of ingredients and wok hei. Parking was easy and the restaurant is located in a food court in the same building as a large Asian grocery store so you can pick up other stuff while waiting for food. Food came out quickly. Highly recommended!

I almost want to gatekeep this place but I’m shocked at how little reviews this place has. I always come to global food market JUST for the brisket rice noodle soup (#20, $12.95) and the occasional mango sago ($3.95)!!!! I’ve ordered the same dish at least 6 times. The meat portion is on another level, ingredients are so fresh and broth is so hearty and well seasoned. When first served it doesn’t look like much because there’s just so much broth but the bowl is huge. Delicious flat rice noodles and bok choy.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place! The food is fresh, cooked to order, and tastes as if you’re in Southeast Asia. It’s a lovely experience and the best Asian cuisine I’ve had in Madison. The fried rice is light and healthy; unlike any other I’ve had before. Definitely eat lunch here and tell your friends.

It’s so hard to find good Chinese food in Madison, especially on the east side, and this place is a diamond in the rough. Fresh, made to order, piping hot, and delicious. The shrimp and egg with rice is yummy, so is the tofu and fish with rice. The chow fun is good, but the beef is a little tough to chew through, so I’d just stick with the veggie one. I’m so happy to have discovered this place!
