Went in tonight to get dinner. I didn’t know if the management has changed or new owners. Poor service chimes lady or whatever she is rolled her eyes and looked at the other lady because I asked for extra red sauce. I had a whole plate what do you expect me to do with one cup. The others always gave me extra with no problem. Food was not good and less than what I paid for. This is my last trip….

My sister went there to eat and they added a 100 percent tip to her check. Gave themselves a 18 dollar tip and refused to fix it. Said they would give her a credit to eat there again. Check your receipts and transactions! They found the receipt 100 percent tip. Changed it to 18 bucks. No ok.

Food is kind of expensive. But, let’s face it everything is going up !! The chicken wings were not fried long enough for $10 for 6 wings still a little pink in middle and tough to eat .. not impressed! Wonton waa tough as wood- leather and I have perfect teeth.. won’t be back for awhile!

I’ll start by saying I love Pearl Garden’s food. We come 1-2 times a month and always enjoy our food. However, tonight we came in at 8:25 after the basketball game. My husband and I were immediately met with a hostile server. She took our order, brought the food, and never came back. What really bothers me though, is that there were 2 other tables with white customers and they were given much different service than us. She smiled and laughed with them; but would hardly look at us. After waiting almost 10 minutes, another server brought our check and asked if we needed anything. We said no, and she turned away without saying another word. As we were leaving, one of the other tables was paying and that server was so friendly and told him to have a great night. We walked out without anyone saying a kind word to us.
We have never had this kind of experience before. It will take me a while to go back and if I do, I will never dine in again. Those employees were racist and so rude to us. It will be hard to spend our money there again.
