This is literally the best cottage I’ve ever been to, the people are extremely nice. The food is always made to perfection, and I’m always full and happy after coming here! Haven’t had Cottage Inn Pizza in quite a few years so I decided to stop up at the one I knew about today over off of Cass Lake and Elizabeth Lake Road. Fantastic smiley employees and the food looks and tastes phenomenal. Best pizza I’ve had in quite some time.

Cottage inn is hands down on of my favorite pizza places. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Yesterday one of the employees stopped everything they were doing when we came in. He seemed friendly and genuine when he asked how are day was going. I had the barbecue chicken pizza which was amazing.

Triple check everything you get from here! I have given this place too many chances. I thought I would give them one more chance and they have failed. Again. I or someone in my family have ordered this same exact pizza from one cottage inn or another and this place just doesn’t seem to be able to “get it”. Thin crust pizza has a crust, not and edge soaked in pizza sauce turned tomato paste. Seriously, there is so much sauce on here it’s dumb. And “Everything” on breadsticks doesn’t mean 90% poppy seeds and maybe some bits of other things. The last time I ordered from here it was a total dud as well. The driver must not have understood how to keep it level because I got it all on one side and it was so grossly under done it was not edible. I was told this time as well as last time that the owner would refund my money. I had to go back up there the next day and show them the food. As well as the pictures I took when the food got there. I don’t like having to do this. It’s not a good feeling at all but enough is enough.

Ordered a pizza here a few weeks back when I got it home looked like somebody dropped it 5 times it was all in a ball in the corner of the box. Talked too Z the next time in told him the story he’s like yes sir I will take care of you on the next one. Ordered a pizza today explained the situation again in the comments section and went in to pick up my pizza. Garrett was at the counter he’s like yes he read the note but nothing he can do for me. Basically terrible customer service and your location lost a customer today!

Every time we call for a delivery the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Tonight Tad took our order. He was just so upbeat it put a smile on my face. He took the time to list several options and didn’t rush me to order. I unfortunately forgot his name so I had to call back and Andrew answered this time. Again I was greeted with a friendly hello and he was just so nice. A lot of businesses have forgotten about customer service but I’m so glad to see that Cottage Inn-Waterford has not. Thank you to all the employees there.
