For the local area, one of the better ones around. We called to place an order at 10:30 for pick up, was told 15-20 minutes, perfect! we show up at 10:47… doors are fully locked, some lights are off. No worries it’s close to closing we understand, we call multiple times and no answer. Could’ve at least just told us over the phone hey come now or we can’t do your order. service is terrible. we’ve been there a few times before and you walk in to no one watching the little window they have.. sometimes there’s no one near the kitchen and other times they’re sitting on the side eating or watching a show and you have to say hello multiple times to get their attention then they give you an attitude. I understand it’s a local business but real bad customer service.

I am vegetarian. Online order was for tofu. What I got instead was chicken. I called restaurant. Was told manager would call me right back. Fifteen minutes later, I called again. Manager told me restaurant made a mistake, but did not offer to correct it. When I asked, he refused.

Ordered pint of chicken and veggies and apparently they now put it in a container with white rice. Never seen anyone do that for a pint of food. We ordered the other night and came the correct way in a pint container. So I just think they put it in the wrong container and didn’t want to say so. Half the amount of food, I wasn’t happy.

Ordered the honey chicken wings with french fries for $10.50. The wings were decently sized and were coated in a delicious honey glaze. The french fries were crinkle cut and crispy. Overall, the food was good.

Not only did they mess up my order, the food was horrible! This is the second time something was missing from my order that I paid for! I called to retrieve my missing food, in which the manager didn’t apologize and lied to me that she would send me my food,I never received it,but I thought about it and decided that I really didn’t want the food because it was greasy, the gravy was thick and lumpy and the chicken wings were hard and hairy! (TMI) I’ve been on the for 2 days! This grease box needs to be fined and shut down ASAP!!!!

Whenever I order for pickup the food is fresh, when I have it delivered it smells spoil. They need to continue to sever food the way they use to. Don’t get sloppy like the other restaurants. Your prices are already high, then serve fresh food.
