We went here because my son and family raved about this chain. My wife and I had the little johns, and we were not impressed at all. For the price I have had better . My son and family did enjoy theirs, and I think the reason is there is more meat on the sandwiches than other chains. My opinion is that I would not make a special trip to go here.

The delivery guy with the pigtails was very aggressive. Not sure if it was because I didn’t tip on the app, but I had a note and cash poking out under my doormat for him. He decided it would be a good idea to literally throw my bag of food on my doorstep so hard the bag busted open. Watched him do it through my front window. Glad he didn’t take the cash now, because a grown man acting like that is actually crazy.

Staff making our food had no hair net, very long hair past their shoulders not tied back, and their hair swaying all over the ingredients area. Employees need to be taking their hygiene into better consideration here. Asked if we could have a regular sandwich toasted and instead of answering the question, the employee kept saying they suddenly couldn’t hear us. Very strange customer service, and bad hygiene, do not recommend. Will not be coming back to this location…

When the driver got here he gave me the food and I had a $50 bill and he took the food back because I asked him if he had change and had a rude attitude then I asked myself they can’t take the food back after it was made. Never eating here again

I ordered a beach club combo today for lunch. I ordered online for delivery. It took almost 11/2 hours to get it. When my order arrived all the lettuce was brown and super soggy and they did not add the avocado spread. When I asked the delivery driver about how long it took she said they only have one driver at that time of day. My work is maybe a 5 minute drive from there. Quality of food and customer service is definitely lacking. I would not recommend this store at all .

Jimmy John’s used to be my go-to place for a quick sandwich. However, the service at the CDA location is incredibly slow and mediocre now. A couple of the young employees tend to goof off more than work and cross contamination (touching face with gloves then touching food with the same gloves, etc.) is an issue. I decided to give this location one last chance, but this is the third time I’ve been disappointed recently. I think I’m going to have to avoid this establishment for awhile and give them a chance to work on their customer service before I return.

We stopped here to quickly get food on our way through town. It took close to an hour for all of us to get our sandwiches after ordering. They were out of some of the regular bread options (seems to be a recurring issue here) but there were other options that we were fine with. When we paid for a regular size and were expecting two little johns (what they offered us to make up for the lack of regular size bread) we only received one little john so had to wait even longer for them to make us the second one to complete the order. My sandwich never came out and when I asked they said someone might have taken it so they made me a new one (now on regular size bread because we had waited so long new bread had been baked). It was a bad experience for us and we will never go to this location again.

Way downhill in the last few months. I order delivery from them regularly and at first it was just simple stuff missing like the straw for my drink or a fork or napkins and so on. Then you add on the freaky slow delivery times they have been routinely having and now today my food is just out and out wrong in combination with my other grievances. This has been my go to place for a long time, and when employees don’t care about their own or their employers reputation it shows. Whoever is running the weekday lunch shifts needs to get on top of things because it’s genuinely sad to see this state of business from a place that had such a solid and awesome reputation. Hopefully they get back to being what they once were but for now, I’m out.

Went for a quick sandwich on the way to the lake. Waited 15min. Still no sandwich, then they ran out of french bread, how does a sandwich shop run out of bread! Asked for a refund, starred at us blankly, finally someone stepped up to help with refund. Will never visit cda store again.
